The rental includes four bedrooms, four baths, and sunny living space. Up to ten guests can enjoy the comforts that this paradise escape provides.

The first level is dedicated to guest quarters and a bonus living room. In the guest bedroom, you will find a queen-size bed, olive-toned walls, wood furnishings, a flatscreen TV, cozy seating area with a white armchair and standing lamp, and a door that leads outside. The den features a wraparound couch and two modern accent chairs that face a white entertainment cabinet and a large, wall-mounted TV.

Ascend the stairs to the second level, where an open floor plan encompasses the sunlit living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room boasts a white couch, two matching armchairs, a rustic wood credenza, and a TV for entertainment. A kitchen island with stool seating is situated beside the cozy living room, offering a casual spot for enjoying tasty appetizers or tropical drinks. The kitchen features black granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, custom wood cabinetry, and a uniquely tiled backsplash. Honey-toned floors extend from the kitchen into a welcoming dining area, which has a rectangular hardwood table and six high-backed dining chairs. The open great room shares this floor with a guest bedroom that is perfect for the kids in the group. The bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk and a twin trundle, as well as a comfortable seating area with two patterned armchairs that face a TV.

The remaining sleeping accommodations are located on the third floor. One of these is the master suite, which has a king-size bed, cottage-stye furnishings, and a luxury bath glass-walled tub/shower combo and double vanities. With sunshine yellow walls, the guest bedroom is happy and bright. It includes two queen-size beds, large windows, beach décor, and a private bath.

The open rooftop terrace is the icing on the cake for this 30A rental. It is furnished with a round, glass-topped table and comfortable seating, creating the perfect place to relax in the beautiful coastal weather.
