”We stayed at the Regent Star overnight for a layover and we had a very pleasant experience. The shuttle to the from the airport was very convenient, the breakfast was good, and they allowed us a late checkout which was wonderful. The bed was a little firmer than we like, but we had a good night of rest. We’d definitely stay here again!”

”I had a blast. This was my first time coming to Trinidad. The owner called me days prior to tell me the instructions. Got to the airport called her. She waited for me to get there. Gave me the keys and told me the unit. We had keys and a gate clicker. So it’s very safe with cameras all around!! The unit was very nice!! Communication was superb between us and the owners. ”I love everything! I wish if I was staying longer. I really don't want to go home. The food was great, the bed was comfortable and the room was bigger than many hotels I have stayed at. The internet was excellent, I got to actually do my work. Because it's a residential area, I used the transportation app to call the TT version of Uber. Very convenient. ”The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. I was in a pinch, so I hesitantly rebooked it at the higher rate.
