Santa Rosa Island Hotellit

”The property and area was great! Beware of the beds not so comfortable:(”

”Our second time coming this year. Charged for parking on oct 31… 3 cars in parking lot. Think parking needs to be during busy season only. Then got woken up before checkout (had do not disturb door hanger up) from housekeeping. Why they knocked I can only guess…. Other than that it’s a nice place to stay.”

”I’m pretty sure that when I booked the hotel, I selected a room with a balcony and an ocean view. It was disappointing to find out it was actually a city view without a balcony. When we entered the room, there was a half-drunk bottle of water on the table. Otherwise, it was okay.”

”I had stayed at this property before but didn't realize it when booking. I was not disappointed. The hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The beach location is perfect and the property is nice and relaxing. The on-site restaurant facing the beach is super convenient with great food and service. I would absolutely stay here again. This is an older property but it is well maintained and clean.”

”The room was big enough for a family of 5, the beach access was easy to get to and from the hotel. The room was clean and the staff was great!”

”Clean room and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good and plentiful . Good location. Outside of building needs cleaning, stairs, rails, elevator etc. Pressure wash needed.”

”Ok.”

”Always a nice place to stay, rooms are always clean and spacious, friendly staff. The pool was out of service which was a huge bummer but the indoor pool and hot tubs were functional and we could use our neighbor hotel pools”

”We absolutely loved the lazy river and spent a lot of time at the pool! The breakfast was top notch and delicious. The room was spacious and the balcony was fun to have. Nice view and the couch was comfy”

”Hotel in a great location. You can already see that the hotel is quite old. But it didn't bother us. The service was good and we had a good time. Take a room with a sea view. it's wonderful.”

”Expensive for what the place offers. WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. Positive feedback, it’s complete with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, clean unit. ”

”We had a wonderful stay. Everything was listed accurately.”
