”This property had everything we needed for an amazing family vacation. Its a short walk to the beach, and there's a pool too. We loved that it came with not only a kitchen stocked with everything we needed but also beach towels and sand toys! The washer and dryer were great to have with having such a large family staying for a week. Theres even blow dryers in the bathroom (i forgot mine)! And to top it off the welcome basket was such a welcoming touch and had some things we forgot too! My kids...

”We were looking for a rental that would allow us to have a Private Beach experience. We were very impressed with the simplicity and cleanliness of the room. The room had the basics needed for meals, and a coffee pot with complimentary coffee. The property is close to restaurants that we frequent when we visit the area. We took evening strolls prior to the sunset it’s about a 20 minute beach walk to the beach area near the famous Pensacola tower.In fact one of our beach days was at that area...

”We used this house as a wedding venue (about 20 guests) and a vacation house for the family that came. It was absolutely perfect! The deck with the rocking chairs was a hit. The beds & couches were comfortable, and the house was so clean! The three bathrooms upstairs were very helpful & the bathroom downstairs, along with the bar made for the perfect venue. There were even string lights hung up. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper and all the essentials you need. The AC unit worked nicely...

”The condo was in a beautiful location. Amazing sunsets. It was quiet and we felt very safe walking the sidewalk to and from the beach at night. 2 balconies to enjoy the view from. One is private for the room and the other is shared. Steep, shallow stairs inside building and inside room, not a problem for us but it may be for someone else so I felt the need to mention. Excellent communication with property manager. We would definitely use Emerald Coast Getaways again!”

”Had an incredible time here. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. I saw a couple reviews where people complained about the carpet and a few scuffs in the paint. It’s a condo. On the beach. You’re gonna get some wear and tear. And who is spending that much time inside anyway? Go hit that beach chair, listen to the ocean and enjoy yourself. If you have enough time to complain about trivial stuff like that, you’re not vacationing right. I suggest you take 3 margaritas and reevaluate...

”The hotel has open land on each side, making for a private, uncrowded beach atmosphere. Pensacola has one of the prettiest beaches I've been to. The hotel room was very clean, and I felt safe. The desk staff and cleaning staff were very pleasant.
