”This was our first stay at the Waterscape. We have a two year old little boy and we believe he had the best time. We really enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to walk right out to the beach, then go to the pool area, and be able to walk back and forth as we wanted with the showers (to rinse off sand) right in between. There are lots of pool options, but with this being October we really appreciated the heated pool. We also appreciated the little tiki bar with food options. The condo was very nice...

”The property set the bar for a relaxing, yet engaging, vacation. The room was spacious, as we were accommodating five people.The food choices were diverse and the pool areas were laid out beautifully. The live music by the pool was such a a nice touch, and there was any activity one could want by the water. A swift walk to the beach for another adventure directly across from the hotel set the tone for a day of fun I. The sun. We will be back. ”

”My family and I had such a wonderful stay! It was the perfect spot for our beach vacation. The condo was very clean and well kept; you can tell the owners take good care of it. There was a little normal wear on some of the furniture. Being on the 20th floor was such a treat. We had the most beautiful views of both the ocean and the sound! ”We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach and all the necessities were provided. We grilled dinner 2 nights during our stay and had all the small appliances needed in the kitchen. We played corn hole in the evening and played cards at the picnic table. Other than a few dusty light fixtures and a couple dirty dishes, we were very pleased with our stay and will rent again! ”

”Our stay was great and the views were amazing. The cleanliness of the condo could have been a little better, but that’s to be expected that it’s not as clean as your own home. Overall the host was great to work with and got us a new coffee pot the next morning as the other one broke the night before. ”Was my first time using a property of this type. It took me a minute or two to figure out the access, but it was fairly obvious once I figured it out. The house was clean and in a great location to access the beach and a short run from other local features. They included almost every amenity you could imagine for a beach getaway.”

”We were blessed to be able to spend a week in Pensacola Beach. We chose this condo to stay due to it being close to the beach and being on the bay. We love to fish so this was a perfect spot for us. The condo was clean and ready for us ahead of our arrival time. Ms. Donna was an excellent host who even allowed us to add an extra day onto our trip last minute. (Since the weather was so beautiful and we had not had a vacation in 3 years we just didn’t want to leave.) The check in and out process...
