The private kitchen is fully equipped and was renovated in 2026 with a new dishwasher and a combined electric and microwave oven. Amenities include air conditioning and heating in bedrooms and living areas, Wi-Fi, a new 55-inch Smart TV connectable to your phone via cable or Bluetooth, a Bluetooth speaker for your music, a washing machine, a baby cot, and a dedicated workspace. Self check-in offers you flexibility upon arrival.



Outside, the private garden was enhanced in 2026 with a beautiful gazebo at the most scenic point of the property—the perfect spot to enjoy a sunset cocktail with the sea and islands as your backdrop, accompanied by your favorite music. There are also two covered terraces with spectacular views, a barbecue, a wood-fired pizza oven, and a wood-burning fireplace. An outdoor shower is available for refreshing after a day in the sun.
