The villa is spread over two levels.
On the ground floor is a spacious living room with large windows and sliding doors that lead directly to the garden. The bright interiors are flooded with natural light, while the elegant furnishings and high-quality finishes create a luxurious atmosphere. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a large TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette with modern appliances: oven, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and tableware. The ground floor also houses three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a single bed, and three bathrooms with showers.
An external staircase leads to the first floor of the villa, while on the upper floor is a fourth bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom.
The property also includes a laundry room and parking.

The villa is surrounded by a lush garden with a private pool, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The garden is also equipped with a table and chairs, creating a shared space for outdoor lunches and dinners
The pool can also be heated upon request adding an additional fee, please contact the host for more information, the heating option recommended especially for the months of April, May and October.

Numerous charming beaches await in the area, and the proximity of the town and port of Palau opens up the possibility of longer cruises, such as to the picturesque La Maddalena archipelago.
