Located in Conca Verde in the territory of Santa Teresa di Gallura, within a deep inlet lapped by turquoise and crystal-clear waters facing the Archipelago of La Maddalena , stands this splendid villa, recently completely renovated and only a few meters walk from the sea.

Villa Onyx has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a spacious patio, sea view, a private swimming pool and a beautiful, well-kept garden.

White dominates the interiors of this charming villa interspersed with touches of marine-inspired colours that immediately convey an atmosphere of holiday and relax.

Villa Onyx, completely renovated, expresses the right compromise between modern and rustic at the same time.

The villa is on two levels not communicating with each other internally.

In the first level we are welcomed by the living area that opens onto a scenic and spacious loggia that frames the landscape and a well-kept garden where there is the swimming pool. A magnificent outdoor space set up so you can be experienced during all hours of the day and enjoy the breathtaking panorama it offers.
The kitchen, fully equipped, remains separate and has a small breakfast corner with access to the outside zone.
The first level is completed by two bedrooms, one double and one with single bed, both with ensuite bathroom.


The lower floor opens onto the garden and is equipped with a large and open living area, a cozy space, perfect for enjoying breakfast or a quick snack at any time of day, and three double bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms.

Outside you can enjoy a pleasant and well-kept garden that, in addition to hosting the swimming pool with solarium, offers corners designed for conviviality and relax immersed in the beautiful surrounding scenery.

The property is also complete with parking for two cars, external shower, WiFi connection, alarm system and air conditioning in all rooms (NOTE: in the lower level there is portable air conditioning, as shown in the pictures).

NOTE: The rental price includes a compulsory tidy up service twice a week, 3 hours per day.

In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.


NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is due, the handling fee of €25.00 will be deducted in addition to the transfer costs
