Villa Ete is located in the South of Le Marche between the hilltop towns of Santa Vittoria in Matenano and Montelparo. It is a wonderful typical house with a private swimming pool, small whirlpool for children, ping pong and table football. Outside a wonderful planted garden with lawns, a gazebo as lounge area, the verandah and two large terraces for “dining al fresco” during the summer. The villa has been restored with local materials like stones, wooden beams, terracotta floors and inside the style of the furnishing, combined with the characteristic shape of the building, blend well to give Villa Ete a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The house is composed of 4 apartments (4+4+4+2) with independent access but intercommunicating and it is rented as private villa for 4 families, couples or group of friends. The villa offers guests a chance to escape and relax in a really secluded environment. But if guests can bear to leave their lost valley the beaches of Porto San Giorgio, the towns of Fermo, Ascoli Piceno, Amandola and Offida, the National Park of Sibilllini Mountains and the shoes outlets in Montegranaro are all no more than 50 kilometres away for some inspiring day trips.
