”We booked this hotel for 1 night stay over New year’s eve. Found there was a disconnect between Expedia booking and the hotel reservations. Expedia booking was confirmed but when I called hotel to make a room request they did not recieve any email or confirmation from Expedia. ”Hotel is located approx 22 km from Munnar town centre, its not ideal if you like to visit other places around. Half time wasted climbing up and down from the town centre.
