Welcome to this fantastic holiday home in Los Gigantes! This bright and spacious duplex is located in the coastal village of Los Gigantes, in a very quiet residential area. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera, as well as the most beautiful sunsets on Tenerife. The entrance terrace leads into the large and cosy living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and guest WC. Two large glass doors offer panoramic views and access to the approx. 30 m2 terrace. A dining table, a barbecue, 2 sun loungers and a parasol offer many moments of relaxation in constant southern temperatures all year round. WIFI and TV are available to our guests. On the ground floor there is a laundry room with cleaning utensils. A staircase leads to the upper area. There you will find the spacious master bedroom with air conditioning, private terrace with sea view, two bathrooms with bathtub and one of them with an additional shower. At the other end of the corridor is another bedroom with air conditioning. The complex also has a children's playground, 2 communal pools and a children's pool with sun terrace and sun loungers, which are not heated but can be used all year round due to the warm southern temperatures. The residential complex is very quiet, parking spaces are usually available directly on the street. Supermarkets, restaurants and shopping facilities are just a few minutes walk away.
