Ubicado en un entorno de ensueño rodeado de bosques y montañas, este carpa de lujo ofrece una experiencia única de confort y tranquilidad. Nuestras carpas cuentan con su cama matrimonial con buros y área de estar techada al aire libre.

Disfruta de deliciosas comidas preparadas en el asador, o relájate en la terraza mientras admiras las impresionantes vistas de las estrellas y el paisaje circundante.

No se permiten menores de edad en la zona de las carpas. Dentro de la carpa, encontrarás una recámara principal con burós y una TV con Sky. En la terraza privada, encontrarás un asador con tarja, sillas y una mesa para disfrutar del aire libre y las montañas. Además, hay un baño privado completo con regadera, que ofrece todas las comodidades del hogar.

El complejo está completamente cerrado y el área de carpas es exclusiva para adultos. También cuenta con estacionamiento al aire libre.

No se te olvide llevar
- Toallas de baño en cabañas y tents (a exepción de domos)
- Cobertores para cada cama en cabañas y tents, solo contamos con sabanas y
almohada (a exepeción de domos)
- Hielera, sartenes y desechables solo en tents
- Alimentos y bebidas, no tenemos servicios de alimentos y bebidas
- Juegos de mesa

Estaremos en constante comunicación contigo a través de:
Chat (9 am - 11 pm): Atenderemos casi instantáneamente cualquier duda que tengas.
Llamada: Solo en caso de emergencia o si no hay una pronta respuesta por el chat.

HORAS EXTRAS
La hora extra se cobra $500 pesos (excepto viernes y sábado) y debe solicitarse en el momento de la reservación, sujeto a disponibilidad.
La hora extra se puede aplicar en el check-in o en el check-out.
En diciembre, la hora extra se cobra $1,000 pesos (excepto viernes y sábado) y debe solicitarse una semana antes y/o en el momento de la reservación, sujeto a disponibilidad.

Por protocolos de seguridad y acceso, es necesario enviarnos por chat una foto de la identificación oficial de cada huésped. Esta identificación será requerida en la recepción para verificar la identidad y permitir el acceso a la unidad correspondiente.

Los huéspedes deben dejar la propiedad en el mismo estado en que la encontraron.

Puede haber ligeros cambios en la decoración y el mobiliario mostrados en las fotos. ¡Nos esforzamos para que encuentres la residencia aún mejor de lo que se ve en las imágenes!
▪ Pets are not allowed. If you arrive at the rented cabin with a pet, access will be denied for breach of contract, the deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining nights will be charged.
▪ No smoking inside the cabins.
▪ Do not litter. Dispose of waste in the appropriate trash bins. Do not throw trash anywhere.
▪ You must respect social coexistence norms and good manners within the complex and common areas.
▪ It is not allowed to leave appliances or devices on when there are no people inside the cabin.
▪ Do not waste water.
▪ Do not nail or hang objects on the walls, nor write or scratch on them.
▪ The fireplace must be operated and supervised at all times by adults, who will be responsible for its proper use and management.
▪ Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Do not use high-volume music equipment or any noise-generating devices that could disturb other visitors during these hours.
▪ Live musical groups are prohibited.
▪ Camping in the garden or entering with RVs is not allowed.
▪ Do not light fires outside of grills and fire pits.
*By government mandate, the use of fire pits is currently prohibited.
▪ Turn off the grill and fire pit before going to sleep.
▪ The administration reserves the right of admission and/or stay and may require the immediate removal of people who do not comply with these rules without any refund for the remaining nights.
▪ The administration is not responsible for any accidents or animal bites within the premises. It is also not responsible for items the guest has inside the cabin.
▪ Removing any items or objects with which the cabin is equipped (towels, sheets, furniture, chairs, etc.) from the cabin is prohibited.
▪ Hanging towels, sheets, rags, etc., outside the cabin is prohibited.
▪ The tenant will be directly responsible for any damage or harm of any kind caused by them or their companions during their stay.
▪ Any damage inside or outside the cabin will be charged to the guest who made the reservation.
▪ Firearms, fireworks, drugs, and/or toxic substances are not allowed.
▪ Use of the common pool area facilities requires prior reservation of a time slot and is subject to availability. If reserved for an event, the facilities cannot be used.
▪ Guests with reservations in domes/tents glamping do not have access to the pool.
• Domes/tents are only for 2 adults.
• Children are not allowed in this area; it is an adults-only area. Thank you for your understanding.
• Access to the domes or tents by non-reservation persons or the terrace area of any of them is not allowed (even if they have rented a cabin at the same time). Please respect the privacy of the area and other guests.
• Entry to the complex is prohibited for people not included in the reservation.
• Pets are not accepted under any circumstances.
• At check-out time, please notify 15 minutes in advance for inspection and to hand over your glamping.
• There is no cellphone signal in the area, but we have WIFI in all of our units and the amenities.

If any of the house rules are violated, a fine of $5,000 MXN will be imposed.
