    Please take a few minutes to review our house rules. These help us maintain high standards of comfort, cleanliness, and safety for all guests.



    🕓 Check-in / Check-out
    • Check-in: after 3:00 PM
    • Check-out: before 11:00 AM
    • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and cleaning schedules.
    • Unauthorized late check-outs may incur a US$50 fee per hour.



    🚭 Smoking Policy
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, balcony, elevators, and hallways.
    • A deep-cleaning fee of US$150 will apply if smoke odor or residue is detected.
    • Candles, incense, or any open flames are not allowed.



    🎉 Visitors, Noise & Parties
    • Only registered guests are allowed inside the apartment and building.
    • Parties, loud gatherings, or events are not permitted at any time.
    • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (strictly enforced by building security).
    • Unregistered guests may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.



    🏊‍♀️ Building Common Areas & Amenities
    • Access to the rooftop pool and gym is exclusively for registered guests.
    • Common areas schedule:

    Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 10:30 PM
    Friday to Sunday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM
    • Please follow all building rules (hours, dress code, and safety guidelines).
    • Glass containers, food, or loud music are not allowed in the pool or social areas.
    • Misuse of common areas may result in restricted access or penalties from building management.



    🧺 Linens, Towels & Furniture
    • All linens, towels, and decorative items belong to Shalom SH09 / GoRentry.
    • Please do not use white towels or linens for makeup removal, cleaning, or spills — damaged items will be charged as follows:
    • Bath towel: US$20
    • Hand towel: US$10
    • Bed sheet or duvet cover: US$40–$60
    • Avoid eating or drinking on the bed or sofa to maintain cleanliness.
    • Furniture and decorative items must not be moved.



    💡 Electricity & A/C Use
    • Please turn off air conditioning, lights, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
    • Do not leave A/C running with doors or windows open, as it may cause system damage.
    • Excessive electricity use due to negligence may result in additional charges.



    🔒 Safety
    • Always lock the apartment when leaving and keep valuables secure.
    • Shalom SH09 and GoRentry are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
    • Do not share keys, access cards, or building codes with unregistered individuals.



    🧹 Cleanliness & Maintenance
    • Maintain basic cleanliness during your stay.
    • Dispose of trash properly in designated areas.
    • Do not leave food or waste that may attract insects.
    • Report any issues or damages immediately to the GoRentry team.
    • Significant damages or missing items will be charged at replacement value.



    🧾 Penalties & Compliance

    Failure to follow these rules or building regulations may result in:
    • Additional cleaning or damage fees
    • Cancellation of the stay without refund
    • Reporting to booking platforms and building management

    • Around 30–40 minutes by car, depending on traffic conditions.
    • The most convenient route is via Las Américas Highway, connecting to 27 de Febrero Avenue, then continuing toward Abraham Lincoln Avenue or Winston Churchill Avenue into central Santo Domingo.
    • We recommend using navigation apps like Google Maps or Waze for live traffic guidance.



    From Downtown / Piantini / Naco / Bella Vista: 🏙️
    • Just 5–10 minutes away by car.
    • Easily accessible through Abraham Lincoln Avenue, Winston Churchill Avenue, or 27 de Febrero Avenue in either direction.



    From the Colonial Zone: 🕍
    • Approximately 10–15 minutes, depending on traffic flow.
    • Take George Washington Avenue (Malecón) and connect through Máximo Gómez Avenue or 27 de Febrero Avenue toward the city center.
