”We had an excellent stay in the ocean front room with double windows. Nice and clean, and whatever we would need would be coming to us fast. In my experience and after three years in the Dominican Republic, the customer service of this country has a lot to improve but Catalonia Santo Domingo was fantastic and exceptional! Kind and smiling staff all around. THANK YOU! Everything worked in an easy and smooth way. Lots of smiles and kindness.”

”Everything was top notch. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Santo Domingo.”

”No me gusto”

”Terrible service!! Won’t give you refund if you had to leave early in an emergency!!!”

”Excellent location for walking in the colonial zone. Beautiful historical building. It’s a sight by itself. I would not stay elsewhere. Negative: WiFi stopped working in my room. I used the next room’s WiFi as the password was easy to guess. They did not repair my WiFi despite me reporting it. There is a separate WiFi on hotel premises (not in the room) and it worked fine. I had good dinners for a very reasonable price. You could ask for house still water ( not tap) at the restaurant so that...

”prima hotel, goede locatie, vriendelijk personeel”

”Although the service at this hotel was good, the pool area was enjoyable and well maintained, and the breakfast was nice, unfortunately, the room experience was disappointing. The less expensive rooms do not have actual windows; instead, they have a glass walls facing the hallway, which was not made clear at the time of booking and felt misleading. Noise was also a major issue. Despite the rooms being marketed as soundproof, they were anything but. Music and party noise from downstairs carried...

”A decent and clean place for even a longer stay. Great location in the colonial zone. Good value for this price. Some of the rooms only have very small windows or no window at all, so check that out before making the reservation. Breakfast was really tasty. ”

”The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was a great location. Very walkable and easy to catch rides. The staff were all helpful. I loved the rooftop pool. It was a great place to relax. The gym was also nice and well equipped.”

”Englannin kielen taidon heikkous hotellin vastaaanotossa. Tämän tasoisessa hotellissa on selviä, että englannin kielen taitoa löytyy kaikilta henkilökunnassa eikä vähintään vastaanotossa.”

”Great service”

”The staff was very nice and helpful. One night I was not felling well and they kept an eye on me so I don’t feel along. The amenities and cleanness. Convenience location, close to everything I would come back. Thanks”
