The building has six thoughtfully designed apartments across two floors, each fully remodeled and furnished with care.

When the day slows down, head up to the shared rooftop terrace and meet other guests, the outdoor furniture is comfortable.

The apartment is a well-designed Studio apartment with separate bedroom with everything you need and nothing unnecessary.

The bedroom has a queen bed with a solid wood headboard and botanical wallpaper that gives the room a warm, tropical character. The bathroom is en suite, with a glass shower, vessel sink, and clean stone finishes. The living area has a sofa, coffee table, dining table with chairs, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the basics you'd need to cook a proper meal.

Natural light comes through generous windows with warm wood shutters a detail that connects the space to the colonial architecture surrounding it. A/C keeps things comfortable year-round.
