Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, as well as a smart TV in the living room, providing entertainment at your fingertips.

The dining area comfortably seats four people, making it perfect for enjoying meals together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the convenience of a washer and dryer adds to the apartment`s appeal.

The best and most reliable means of transport is UBER.

Smoking is prohibited in any area of ​​our apartment.

You will have 1 secured parking space during your stay.

Please turn off the air conditioning units when you are not using the apartment. If you leave the property, DO NOT leave the air conditioning units on. The electricity bill is extremely expensive in the Dominican Republic.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited on the property.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 pm.

All guests must comply with Brickell condominium policies.

Passport pictures are required prior to arrival.

All guests must have a valid working phone number.

There is a US$50 charge for a lost or damaged remote.

Occupancy limit: 2. Exceeding this limit will result in eviction.

Visitors are not allowed unless declared in the reservation.

There is an undeclared guest fee of US$20 per guest per night.

Any stained or damaged towels, sheets, or covers will incur a US$30 fee each.

Local residents must contact the host prior to booking.

Loudspeakers are not allowed inside the apartment or common areas of the condo.

Smoking inside the property incurs a US$200 fee.

An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the apartment is left excessively dirty beyond normal courtesy standards.

Late check-out fees: US$50 for 30 minutes after check-out time and an additional day’s charge after 2 hours. This fee does not grant possession for the additional day but serves as a penalty.

Complaints about the property authorize us to enter and address the issue without further permission.

Violations of these house rules may result in booking cancellation and removal from the property without refunds.
