”A middle aged man working the reception was very rude to me the entire stay, eved shushed me and raised his voice at me. Just made the entire stay awful. I guess he saw me as a wortless client as a young woman and treated me accordingly. The women working there were wonderful though and for them I wish the best. ”Matkatavarat olivat jääneet matkalle,mutta erittäin palvelualtis respa käänsi miltei sen positiiviseksi asiaksi.
Vuokra autosta oli akku tyhjentynyt,mutta hotelli tilasi huoltomiehen korjaamaan vian.
Ainoa pieni miinus,että keskustaan pieni kävelymatka,toisaalta plussaa illallisen jälkeen.

”Hôtel un petit peu vieillissant mais qui reste très acceptable avec un bon standing général. Le petit déjeuner est super fourni, les repas au restaurant un peu limités en portion mais avec une bonne qualité, et le service agréable (ça dépend du personnel rencontré). La piscine est superbe, définitivement le point fort de Luna Lughente, mais il manque un espace jeu un peu fourni (pourquoi pas de billard, jeux de société ?).
Du reste, l'hôtel est propre et les chambres également, rien à redire...

I highly recommend to stay here, we were situated in the villa just across from the main hotel and we much preferred this as it was so peaceful. A quick walk through the garden for a delicious buffet breakfast every morning set the day up perfectly. Within a heartbeat you’re then stepping onto Pittulongu beach - beautiful blue waters and plenty of food and drink options too. All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful....
”Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja erinomainen aamiainen. Hotelli sijaintineen tarjoaa omaa rauhaa ja on loistavalla paikalla, tästä on helppo tehdä pieniä matkoja moneen eri paikkaan. Rannat ovat n. 20-60min ajon päässä riippuen rannasta.
Hotellin ravintola on myös hyvä, vaikkakin menu on hieman suppea.
Kehitysehdotuksena: Vieressä oleva järvi ei valitettavasti ole uintikelpoinen ja hotellin kannattaisi laittaa sen lähialueet parempaan kuntoon. Hotellin lähialueilla mukavia...
”Mahtava hotelli rannalla. Ainoa iso miinus hotellin ravintolalle, ruoka oli törkeän kallista laatuun nähden. Alkusalaatin hinta, perus vihreä ilman kurkkua ja tomaattia, 14 euroa! Pastan kanssa ei tuotu lainkaan parmesaania. Mutta eipä ruuan jälkeen tarjoilijat kehdannet varmaan kysyä että maistuiko ruoka.”
