”We stayed here the night before our trip up Mt Etna. It was an ideal location for an early start, 20-25mins from the cable car station. We arrived early the day before but were allowed to check into our room and had the entire place to ourselves so spent the afternoon sat by the pool. Hotellille tultaessa autolle löyty hyvin tilaa kuten oli luvatty ja samalla hotelli näytti ulospäin erittäin hyvältä. Valitettavasti heti kun aloimme siirtyä hotellille päin huomasi nopeaan, että pihaa ei ollut siivottu tai huolehdittu sen kunnosta. Linnun jätöksiä kaikkialla, uima-allas likainen, monet kukat kuolleita, allaspenkit sekaisin, laattoja irti yms. Respassa palvelu oli hyvää, mutta kun pääsimme...

”Elia greeted us on our arrival and he was very nice, sharing information about breakfast and the property. The palazzo was very clean, modern and cool vibe with exposed stone walls and creative lighting. We will definitely be coming back to Sicily and this will be our chosen place to stay!!! ”

”Nous avons passé un séjour parfait à l'hôtel Belladonna. L'hôtel est magnifique, propre et joliment décoré. La chambre est spacieuse et le couchage très confortable. La vue sur l'etna est magnifique, l'hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter la région de Catane. Le parking est un plus. Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel, il y avait de tout à volonté. Le petit plus est la gentillesse du personnel et le restaurant sur place qui est excellent ! A refaire sans hésiter. ”

”This property exceeded every expectation and was by far the best property we stayed at during our ten day road trip in Sicily. ”De façon globale, nous avons passé un bon séjour. La propriétaire est adorable, disponible et a l'écoute. Elle parle français ce qui a été pour nous un vrai plus. Le personnel est aussi très gentil. L'endroit est très sympa, avec une vue merveilleuse sur l'Etna. Un centre commercial est juste à côté, ce qui est appréciable pour dépanner. Le parking gratuit est aussi un plus. ”The hotel is very conveniently and safely located. The airport bus stop is near and there is also a nice park for morning run, if you like. And of cource the shopping/café area starts almost from the main door, yet the street noise doesn't get too bad in the room. The room was large and modern, the breakfast wonderful (also gluten free products, when asking!). The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again. ”

”Grand old villa, with grand furniture. Close to Mt Etna cable car, very convenient. Our chef prepared fresh ravioli, and rissoto, plus delicious mains for our meal at night. Followed up with fresh prepared sicilian breakfast in the morning. We got lost due to google maps, and staff came to find us, which was appreciated. Room was comfy and huge, a very enjoyable night.”
