The building where the accommodation is located has excellent infrastructure, including a swimming pool, laundry room and gym. The accommodation is just 11 minutes from Allianz Parque, the venue for Palmeiras games and major events, 9 minutes from Sesc Pompeia, an important architectural symbol that brings together cultural activities, workshops and sports courts, in addition to being 9 minutes from Bourbon Shopping Mall, surrounded by markets, shops and restaurants, ensuring convenience and comfort during your stay!

ℹ️ Washer and dryer available for guest use. The cost is R$15.07 per cycle (wash and dry), payable directly at the time of use.

Note: It is MANDATORY to send a photo of each guest with a white background in advance to grant access. Failure to send a photo within these specifications may prevent the guest(s) from accessing the accommodation.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage.

⚠️ Noise is not allowed after 10 pm (Noise Law).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided will not be allowed to enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in separate trash bags.

⚠️ Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure that you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Our check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and our check-out is before 11:00 a.m. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed linen and bath linen change services can be arranged and paid separately. Be careful with products that could damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
