A cottage in the capital, just 11 miles from Congonhas Airport, in the Riviera Paulista neighborhood—a peninsula on the Guarapiranga Reservoir.
It features 12,900 sq ft of private green area, fully fenced, exclusive to guests.
The spacious house covers 3,767 sq ft with 5 suites, two of which include a whirlpool bath, a fireplace, a toy library, a playground, high-speed internet, and a Smart TV.
The Gourmet area, swimming pool, a large lawn, and a cozy porch are specially designed for families with small children.
The Space
The house is fully equipped and ready for use.

There are 5 cozy and spacious suites, 2 of them with a whirlpool, and each room (except the children's room) has a Smart TV with Netflix, Globoplay, and streaming channels. All rooms are equipped with top-quality sheets and comforters to ensure warm nights and quality rest.

The pool and gourmet area are equipped with a barbecue, grills, a table and chairs for 8 people, and an external bathroom.

A complete kitchen, with dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots, and various small appliances (microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, mixer, citrus juicer, and even a popcorn maker to ensure a movie night). The refrigerator also produces ice and unlimited filtered water.

For parents' peace of mind, we provide everything that children and babies need: a crib, feeding chair, bathtub, changing table, nursing pillow, bouncer seat, activity mat, and children's feeding utensils.

The house also has a toy library full of toys and children's books and a playground with a playhouse where children can play freely.
The Toy Library TV also includes Streaming channels like Disney+.

A large living room with a fireplace and a delightful porch with hammocks and a view of the entire garden, surrounded by plenty of nature.
Guest Access
The condominium is open, has a gatehouse with 24-hour security and monitoring.
Guests can use the entire space; the garage accommodates up to 4 cars, but it's also possible for other vehicles to park on the street.
Access to the reservoir can be done by car, or by walking, to the public little beaches around.
Other notes

TO SMOKERS: Smoking inside the property is not allowed, and we ask that cigarette butts be collected as well.

PETS: In our house, your pets are welcome.
We kindly ask that your pets do not enter the bedrooms or sleep in them, and under no circumstances should they climb on the beds or sofas. Also, they are not allowed in the pool.
In case of feces/urine on rugs, sofas, or bed linens, we will charge for specialized laundry cleaning.
We would like to remind you of the importance of picking up your pet's feces on the lawn. This helps keep our space clean and pleasant for all guests, including the furry ones. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

EVENTS: We love your interest in holding your event at Recanto Riviera. We want to share that our space is dedicated to accommodations, so we do not rent it exclusively for parties. For stays, our minimum period is 2 nights. And if guests wish to hold a small event with non-staying guests, there will be an extra fee of $200 in addition to the cost of accommodation, provided that all rules and regulations are followed.
We only allow small events (up to 40 people), such as barbecues, children's parties, birthdays, lunches, and baby showers, only during the day and must end by 10 pm, according to current legislation.

We remind you that overnight stays of additional guests are not allowed.
