This is a marvelous place to unwind, regroup, and just leave the rest of the world behind. The lake, the trees, the total lack of street noise, make you feel like youâve really taken a step back from the day to day grind.The house itself is lovely and impeccably maintained. My small group chose to stay close to home and soak up all the relaxation the place offered. We left feeling rested and rejuvenated, having spent four days and nights enjoying good views, fresh air, a few spectacular storms, and wonderful food shared among friends.One note for those it might affect â the pics clearly show the stairs down to the dock and since two of my party of four have some mobility issues, we were aware that not everyone would choose to make the trek. But thereâs also the stairs from the driveway to the house. The bottom third or so has no handrails and is a bit uneven. There was one fall taken that probably contributed to our decision to stay in rather than exploring more. Still, this wonât be an issue for most.It's a beautiful home and I would highly recommend it.
