The space

Escape to the heart of the North Carolina mountains at Gold Creek Escape, where natural beauty and modern amenities combine to create the ultimate retreat. Surrounded by stunning waterfalls, serene lakes, and lush hiking trails, our cozy mountain getaway offers something for everyone.

Upon arrival to Gold Creek Escape you will enjoy a gently flowing spring-fed pond and hear a bubbling creek at the edge of the property. Just around the corner is beautiful Fairfield Lake and the 3 mile Lake Trail. The driveway provides space for 3-4 cars for parking and a wood burning fire pit.

The two wrap around porches are guests favorite offering plenty of comfortable seating, outdoor dining for 6 or more, an 8 person hot tub, and a fire table with outdoor couches, making it a beautiful spot to relax. The garage game room features ping pong, carpet ball, a large smart tv, pop-a-shot, corn hole, and an extra refrigerator. This is the perfect spot to gather and watch a game or enjoy some friendly competition.

The main level features two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers 1 king bed, a desk workspace, large walk in closet, smart tv, and seating area. The second bedroom offers 2 queens beds, a spacious closet, and smart tv.

Meal prep is made easier in the large fully furnished kitchen (including a drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, griddle, blender, waffle maker, air fryer, casserole dishes, muffin pans, cooking sheets, roasting pan, wine opener, can opener, kettle, etc) , dining area for 8 , and bar seating for 4. A spacious laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen.

The stone fireplace (gas), large cozy sectional, and wet bar are main features of the home.

The lower level features a 3rd bedroom complete with 2 bunk beds & trundles, 1 queen bed, spacious closet, seating area, and en suite bathroom. You will also find a second stone fireplace (gas), kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, & basic essentials), dining table for 4, smart tv, 4th full bathroom, and plenty of games for all ages.
