”There was a festival on site that we were able to attend, a great cultural experience. The room was spacious, smells fresh and clean. The restaurant is veg. The staff was kind. The decor was beautiful! The entrance to the hotel is grand. Exceeded our expectations”

”The room was average and the first issue I noticed was that the shower drainage was completely clogged and I had to stop my shower and have the maintenance clean up! This should have been taken care of prior to letting the hotel guests in.”

”I have stayed at this hotel many times and have been a regular guest, visiting almost every month. The staff and manager are always helpful and responsive. During this stay, the Wi-Fi in my room was not working, but it was fixed quickly. Room service also forgot one of my orders, and I had to follow up after waiting for an hour. ”After booking on Expedia, I called and informed hotel that we will reach at 28 th morning at 4.30 am though hotel is booked for 27 to 28 January. Informed same on WhatsApp also about booking. So, instead of waiting there, we prefer to go...

The Tourist Home Lodging is a real hotel at the listed address though. And thank goodness the hotel manager was amazing in helping us out and getting us a room ready and available last minute as basically all of Aurangabad was sold out that night. We would have literally been left out in the street as...

”Pathetic. Non polite staff including manager”

”Everything was dirty( bet, sheets, pillow, shower room) Shower does not work due to no lever The only amenities provided were water, soap, and a bath towel. No tissues or toilet paper. I will never stay at this hotel again, nor will I use Fab Groop again.”

”For three persons we had asked for three bottles of water instead of two supplied - just for some 15 Rs worth water, manager was showing me rules We had informed him earlier they we will not be having breakfast as we had to leave early. We had paid for the breakfast online - did not support in giving water also. Disgusting ”
