Anna Maria Beach Condo 1/1

Odotan vuokrata huoneistoini Anna Marian saarella, Bradenton Beach-FL. Tämä on yhden makuuhuoneen keittiö ja katettu parveke, josta on pieni merinäköala. Siinä on king-vuode, vetäytyminen sohvalla, täydellinen keittiö, aamiaisbaari, iso kylpyhuone. Laitteessa on peruskaapeli, WiFi, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sekä apuohjelmat vuokrahintaan. Ei lemmikkejä ja tupakointi kielletty.

Huoneisto on Tortuga Inn -hotellissa, joka on suosittu lomakeskus-hotelli. Se tarjoaa yksityisen pääsyn rannalle tuolien ja sateenvarjojen mukana HOA-huoneessa. Kaksi uima-allasta paikan päällä ja katettu pysäköinti lisävarusteena. Pysäköintiä ei ole määritetty, se on ensin tullutta palvella ensin. Huone on ylimmässä kerroksessa, joten ei meluisaa naapuria. Siellä on hissi ja portaat. Näkymä huoneesi ulkopuolelle on pääosin puita ja viereinen huoneisto, mutta puiden läpi on merinäköala ja näkymät lahdelle.

Se on täydellinen ranta-lahti-lomakeskus Floridan koskemattomalla Ann Maria Islandilla. Lisäksi yksityinen valkoinen hiekkaranta aivan kadun toisella puolella, kaksi lämmitettyä uima-allasta, oma pergola, josta on upeat merinäkymät ja vesikulkuneuvojen vuokraus. Lateaattien tiedetään asuttavan lahden aluetta tietyin vuodenaikoina, delfiinit ja muut villieläimet ovat säännöllisiä vierailijoita myös lahdella ja valtamerellä.

Condo sisällä; 1 makuuhuoneessa on täydellinen keittiö, astianpesukone, kahvinkeitin, runsaasti keittiötarvikkeita, aamiaisbaari ja ruokapöytä sekä lisä ruokapöytä katetulla terassilla. Istuimia yhteensä 12 ja lisätuoleja suurille ryhmille huvilassa. Olohuone on erittäin tilava ja siinä on kaksi sohvaa. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja tv omalla sisäänkäynnillä katettuun parvekkeelle. Master-kylpyhuoneessa on kaksinkertainen alaosa ja iso vaatekaappi, jossa on suihku, jossa on kaksi suihkupäää. Laitteessa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, peruskaapeli ja wifi.

We loved staying here. It was like home away from home. Short, very short walk to the best part of the beach on the entire island. Also fishing out back. We will definitely stay here again! We had a manatee swim by us on the beach, found 3 fist size conk shells, a shark tooth and saw dolphins. The condo had everything we needed. You won’t find a better place.

Very good overall

You will not have instructions for check in; in the AM. You will have to wait until 1 pm. Check in is at 4pm. If you are a type A personality and get anxiety from not being prepared ahead of time this will irk you just FYI. One elevator was out of service near the unit no biggie. Cleaning people opened the door at 10 am as I was getting dressed and kept coming in and out. Check out is at 11. That’s not okay. Toilet stopped flushing as we were leaving. Luckily it was just bath tissue only in there to flush. Tiny leak coming from the dishwasher, I stopped the washer and made them aware before I left. The condo seems like a split floor plan, so you will hear noise and conversations from the door separating the two. Bedding and unit clean, but floors and chairs could use a deeper cleaning or mop. The sofa feels a little ick too, bring a sheet to cover it before sitting if you feel you might be similar me lol. It’s not the sofa in the photos.

Lovely place to stay for my husband & I. Right across the street from the beach. Great location, walkable distance to a lot of places. Very clean condo, well stocked. The elevator wasn’t working, but there is a 2nd elevator on the other side of building (if needed). Overall- we’d definitely come back!

This condo is exactly as described. The location is great, bed is comfortable and the covered parking worked out perfectly. We walked across the street to the beach every day and then to the pool. The owner was very responsive as well. I would recommend to anyone.

We spent six days in this Condo.Location was excellent, within walking distance of Bridge Street for restaurants, directly across the road from beautiful beach. Communication with host was first class he responded very quickly to any communication. Apartment was clean on arrivalA couple of things worth noting however, we had an issue with the toilet which we managed preferring not to have a repair during our visit, there is no safe so we didnt want our passports around when workers came in. We did notice though that this had been flagged up in a review in May and clearly hadn't been properly repaired.Furthermore the location can be very noisy at times endless workers outside the balcony banging and generally just making a racket! Finally while the accommodation was clean and had everything we needed for our holiday it does need upgraded with respect to decor/paint some areas look quite worn and marked. Sofa etc looked very tired.Overall we had a great stay.

Anniversary Get Away

The condo was great. The elevator was not working which created a little hardship for my husband who has had a knee replacement and also open heart surgery. Also, usually by 7 am, workers and big trucks are busy working outside on the driveway. We would like to return once the property has been completely repaired.

Nice place that was roomy for 2-3 people (one on sleeper). Everything was as expected. Place had towels for beach and most everything we needed for a few days at the beach. The toilet (only one) wasn't working and washer dryer squeaks loud enough to keep you awake. Other than that, we were pleased to be there and grateful for the communication of the owner/manager.

Accommodations met our needs. Elevator made a lot of “groaning” sounds and eventually quit working our last day there. During our stay we could hear our loud neighbors more than we would have preferred.

Great Location

Apartment was clean, airy and comfortable, convenient with elevators and incredible location; the host was very responsive and helpful when we arrived and got a little lost. I highly recommend if you are looking for a nice place to stay in Anna Maria Island.
