We have all new appliances. Lots of cabinets, and a big pantry. Garage converted to a play room, has AC and a ceiling fan, queen size futon, with a pool table, and other games. Pool is heated (for additional charge $25 for up to 80 degrees, $30 up to 85), salt water pool. Tile floors in the main areas and bathrooms, bedrooms has a laminate floors. Back yard is fully fanced.
