Venetsian saaren koti on alle 2 korttelin pÀÀssÀ rannasta, se on ollut sesongin ulkopuolella lyhytaikainen vuokra viimeisen 10 vuoden ajan ja se oli ainoa kulta 5 tÀhden saari-koti noin 20 muun joukossa, jotka listattiin aiemman vuokrausyrityksen kanssa. Toisin kuin monet muut ilmoitukset, olemme laillisesti lisensoitua ja tarkistettua lomavuokrausta (Venetsian kaupungin vaatimus)
TLC on ilmeinen saapumishetkestÀsi. RehevÀ maisemointi tervehtii sinua vetÀessÀsi ajotieltÀ ja lÀmmin kodintunne jatkuu, kun kÀvelet etuoven lÀpi. Upotettu olohuone on hyvin sisustettu tuohon trooppiseen tunnelmaan, joka sisÀltÀÀ Tommy Bahama -pöydÀt, mukavat papasan-tuolit, sohvan ja suuren tv: n kotona oleviin hiljaisiin iltoihin. Keittiö on varustettu kÀytÀnnöllisesti kaikella, mitÀ tarvitset pilataksesi tÀmÀn gourmet-illallisen, jonka voit nauttia ruokasalissa tai uima-altaan vieressÀ yksityisellÀ Lanai-alueella. Kolme makuuhuonetta odottavat jaettua suunnitelmaa. Talon toisella puolella sijaitsee Master-sviitti, joka koostuu yksityisestÀ vesikaapeista / suihkusta / kylpystÀ, vaatehuoneesta ja suuresta turhamaisuus- / pesuallasalueesta, jotta voit valmistautua iltaisin ulos tai vain jÀÀdÀ elÀkkeelle king-size-kokoasi sÀnky. Perfect location for a nice beach trip with the family. The private beach access was great, there was no one there but us for the whole trip. The pool was a big bonus and the house was clean and just as pictured in the listing.

Best Vacation Rental Home

Just bring your toothbrush and a few changes of clothing because this home has everything you need! The home is in a small, quiet neighborhood with no thru traffic which adds more safety to the environment. The location is perfect, as traffic is drawn more towards the public access, though the town isn't overly populated anyway. The private beach access is just across the street, as a 5 minute walk or a 2 minute bike ride. During a holiday week, we were one of only 2 families on the entire beach and it was amazing! Dont worry about bringing beach chairs, a wagon, sand sifters, bikes, pool floats, coolers, or any other beach items, because this home has it all!The cleanliness of the home was immaculate, including the private pool out back!Some of the things we loved the most:-The beautiful landscape and private patio out back.-The window behind the kitchen sink that opens up to a bar outside by the pool.-Many areas for seating inside and outside.-The welcome book with property information. -The fully stocked kitchen, and then some (coffee filters, tin foil, trash bags, paper plates, etc.).-The showers were beautiful and had plenty of water pressure.The list goes on! If you are wondering if this home has something you need, its likely to be there somewhere! Also, don't be scared to leave a supply behind for the next guest to use, as we found this very helpful on several occasions.The communication with property owners was instant throughout the whole process!

Home Away from Home

This was a well-appointed, well-kept home with a thoughtful eye for the details that help families settle in and feel comfortable. The hosts are kind and highly responsive. There were ample beach provisions including nice chairs, wagon, toys and great bikes ready to ride! The kitchen had everything you need with plenty of linens in the kitchen and baths. The pool was wonderful with an outdoor grill and dining area. Well located near a private beach entrance. Can't wait to come back!

Absolutely Awesome on Venice Island!

Love, love, love this house! Perfect location, easy walk or quick bike ride to a private access beach. House was well designed, fabulous lanai and pool. Just a great space! We biked and walked the dogs around a quiet neighborhood. So close to Sharky’s too! We will stay again.

Great location. Wonderful private beach. Ample beach accessories and bikes. Wonderful hosts. Could use some update/cleaning of living room furniture. Pool was nice, but a little bit cold even with solar cover, only got to about 82.7 degrees. Only one complaint about Venice area

BEST VACATION HOUSE EVER!

We will absolutely rent again. It was the most perfect location. The house was amazing! I miss it so much already and the owners oh my goodness they are the best people we have ever rented off of! They are basically like family now. Cant wait to go back again.

Almost heaven

Wonderful house and location. Hosts have thought of everything. Just bring your swimsuit and appetite. We brought our 2 dogs, the property was perfect for them with the enclosed courtyard. With plenty of places to walk them too. Just a wonderful location

This is a wonderful beach home! Very clean and well maintained. It was stocked with everything you would need. We really enjoyed the patio/pool area and used it daily. The beach was also wonderful and just a short walk away. The owners are very responsive to questions, and they left a welcoming gift on the counter for us when we arrived-we thought that was very sweet! We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Venice Beach home

Our second stay at Circle Dr. did not disappoint! We felt right at home, my husband is recuperating from an A-fib episode, this large, beautiful, quiet, clean and tastefully decorated home worked wonders for him. Relaxing by the pool even on rainy days felt heavenly. Our wedding anniversary was extra special this year. Property owners go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. Perfection

We are hesitant to give a good review because we want this house available for our future visits! We have stayed at multiple houses in Venice over the years and this one takes the cake. The location is perfect for the beaches (including the quietest private beach). The bikes in the garage made for an easy pedal to the beach each evening for sunset. The door to the pool open wide and there is a kid fence that helped corral our toddlers. The owners truly care that you have a nice visit and the house has everything you could need. We look forward to many stays here in the future!

Perfect location

This was my first time using VRBO. This property was perfect. With having twin 8-year-olds I wanted a pool and a house close to the beach so we wouldn't have sand all over the vehicle. This house again was perfect for that. Pool was 80 degrees, so the kids had fun swimming well after dark. The private entrance to the beach was amazing!! The hosts were great! I booked this house 11 months in advance and every time I emailed them they always responded right away. I had to call them when we arrived, and they answered right away, and everything was fixed. The host stayed on the phone with me to make sure it was all good. Easy access into the house, using my phone number as the code. They had everything you need for the beach including towels, toys, tools for finding shells, coolers. They had 6 bikes. It was also close to downtown. My oldest son and his gf were able to walk downtown to explore. Loved every bit of staying here. It was the perfect Christmas!!

Fantastic location and property

Our hosts Chris and John were amazing. Right from day one their communication was excellent and when we arrived there was a nice note with a fruit basket waiting for us and then a brief visit to ensure we were OK.They are just the best! The property itself is very well equipped with everything you might want and all the usual facilities you need, washer, dryer etc etc. The pool area is very relaxing with plenty of space, chairs and sun loungers with the pool itself set to a very nice temperature and beautifully. lit at night. The location of the property is perfect, just a few minutes walk or 1 minute drive from the beach. Walking into Venice High street takes a little longer but it's only a 2-3 minute drive and there are plenty of restaurants closely and further afield.

Great get away!!

Close to the beaches, quite neighborhood, only about a mile from downtown shopping and eating. Beautiful house with a nice pool. We really enjoyed our stay!!
