Coconut Bayou on 3 makuuhuoneen, 3. 5 kylpy Key West tyyli kauneus kaikki mukavuudet voit ajatella. Keittiö on upea ja tilava - unelma jokaiselle kokille, joka haluaa kokata. Awesome home! Quiet area, and so close to the beach. Pool and spa were so fun and relaxing. We’re already thinking of another trip to AMI and if we do we won’t even search for another property if this one is available for the dates we choose.

Beautiful house on AMI

Lovely house in a quiet section of the island, close to the beach and shops. The only knock I have is that the hot tub jets didn't work and no one fixed it in the 5 days we were there (someone came by but didn't know how to fix it, kinda insinuated that i might have broken it and then said a pool tech was coming out but a guy showed up just to clean the pool and didn't fix the jets). There really should be an instruction sheet on how to operate the system, but who knows if that would have helped since it was most likely broken. If you don't mind not having a working hot tub, this place is great. Also, hot water was a premium for the showers ao I'm not sure if the water heater is fully functional.

A fantastic place

This home was immaculate, a fabulous location close to beach and Pine St and property management very helpful. Be advised there are many,many stairs! The pool and hot tub very nice. And we had access to double garage for parking. We have been going to AMI for several years and this may be the nicest home we have rented.

Amazing vacation!

Coconut Bayou was truly a vacation dream. The private swimming pool was a gem and so handy for us to take a quick dip. Loved the spacious kitchen. One suggestion would be better beach chairs and an umbrella so you don’t have to rent them.

Overall wonderful stay . Very comfortable, clean home . Great location . Well stocked kitchen! Beds comfortable and linens and towels very nice. My only negative I thought decor a bit dated and could use a refresher of paint. Pool area some of the stone is popping up so you needed to be careful. They should fix it. . Overall great place

Beautiful oasis, perfect location!

This home is absolutely breathtaking. I love staying where you can see a bit of history of the home and homeowners. The house is in a perfect location walking to the beach for sunset or bay for sunrise. Can paddle from the dock at the house out into tampa bay and cruise the beaches on a calm day, or paddle out to the city pier for breakfast. The spa and pool were clean and ready to go upon arrival, everyone was very kind in office and helped with any questions I did have. WIll stay again and would recommend!

Great place to get away!

Short walk to bars/restaurants. Easy access to beach just up the road. Everything you need in the house plus the pool and whirlpool were great to have if we wanted to stay in. Just know the whirlpool is just that and not a hot tub. Easily holds 2-3 couples or a large family who want a beach vacation. Would stay here again in the future!

Perfect Home!

We absolutely loved this rental! The location is perfect between the beach and the City Pier which is where we love to spend our time. Quick walk or bike ride to beach and easy bike ride to shops, pier, & restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to another getaway at this location!

Great location and spacious house

Pros: Plenty of space for a family of 4 to spread out. Location is excellent. Walk 5 minutes or less to excellent beaches, restaurants, rental shops with bikes, kayaks, and boards, good rate, easy to check in and out. Bright colors and cheerful place to spend time. Cons: Home is functional but outdated and not really beach oriented decor. The outdoor lighting is broken and unsightly in places. The sofa was comfortable but worn. The master bed is comfortable but the guest beds are a bit stiff. Overall I would love to stay at this location again. It was great and the family was happy.

Great location

The location was great. It was only about a 6 to 8 minute walk to the beach. There are extra toys for the beach and pool toys on site. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a wonderful amenity and we used that every day. The rental agency responded quickly to any concerns we had.

Beautiful home but a few details missed

The home is very lovely exactly as depicted. The pool was gorgeous and we used it more than we thought we would late afternoon. There is very little to do in Ana Maria Island in the evenings. A few beautiful waterfront restaurants with very casual dining. So a backyard and a pool is a really good thing to have. The only complaints I have are that there were absolutely zero things for guests like paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags In addition the beach chairs are in very poor condition as the umbrella.We were glad to have them but a few dollars just have to be spent on updating those beach chairs. A normal adult could not sit in them. Looks like they took their kids furniture and threw it in the little buggy. Fantastic location for getting to Pine St., Inn the beach. Overall a very good experience but these little items would make it an excellent one.

No communication from property manager.... Issues with pool/hot tub that I had to figure out myself and deal with it. No communication from property manager at all! None!

Great property- perfect location

We had a wonderful time over Christmas- it was the perfect house for our family of 4. We had an issue with the Grill- the property manager- was excellent and fixed it so we could Grill on Christmas Day. Wish it had more essentials like dishwasher detergent, coffee filters, Paper towels and kitchen spices- but understand with COVID concerns this may not be possible. We would definitely come back!

Best Florida Vacation Spot

We've been on hundreds of beach vacations and Anna Maria Island is definitely one of the best we've experienced. The island is very family friendly, the beach is superb, there are no chain restaurants and all the amenities you could need are easily acquired. Coconut Bayou is in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and many of the local eateries, cafes and general store. We never used our car once we were at Coconut Bayou. The house is very clean, well kept and the beds are comfy. The heated pool (90 degrees) was very welcoming after a day at the beach.
