The king size bed was very unsteady. It rocked about a half inch on each side, similar to a see saw. The maintenance man tried to fix the problem but it wouldn’t work. I just got my toddler to sleep and then when I sat in the bed, the movement jolted her awake. They placed us in a different room, 2 queen beds and then the tv wouldn’t work. It was very frustrating. The maintenance man had to come fix that as well.

I have stayed twice now and enjoy the location and property however I have requested a call back from management and have yet to receive from my first visit. This visit I reported that my bed was broken and another room was not offered as late staff wasn’t available to accommodate. As I was leaving I inquired with on duty staff and was advised I would be receiving a full refund and have yet to get anything. Also I am still waiting on a refund from 2 weeks prior to this stay. Nice location but the customer service aspect needs work!

The hotel is clean, I was disappointed because we paid almost $500 for two nights and our room was not clean, when I asked why my room was not clean they stated that the room gets clean when it’s a three night stay, I was not told this at check in, neither when I reserve the room.

Hotel stay was good. Our run was very close to the pool, so you could hear everything at the pool. Other than that it was good! Very clean. Nice staff and free cookies 😁

The property didnt look like mich from the outside but when you go through the front doors, the place is amazing. The indoor pool was great as was all of the outdoor seating.

Harassing staff at night, I also forgot my beauty routine package and they did not return it, the girls in the bathroom are thieves, harassing receptionists who call personal numbers, under the beds there are other people's clothes, it is a dirty hotel, pigs and When you call you don't answer and they keep you for hours with insertion. Terrible I would be disgusted to go back

Me hospede dos dias y se olvidaron de la habitación en brindarle mantenimiento nunca cambiaron toallas , no jabon , no papel de baño , yo tuve que ser quien solicito atención y sin embargo lo único que ofrecieron fueron disculpas sin remediar la situación , la piscina no servía a falta del nivel del agua . En conclusión nunca la limpiaron la habitación

This hotel is located very near the Sarasota airport, with nothing else around it. It is clean with descent decorations but nothing special. I stayed there with my two young children for a three nights, four days business training. The staffs at the facility were pleasant. We had a room with a pull out sofa. The bed was quite uncomfortable. The bathroom light was very dim, couldn’t see much in there while getting ready. Housekeeping did not come even once to clean the room, although I asked for it. And the $20/pp breakfast Buffett was mediocre at best. I have no interest of staying at this hotel again.

It was close to the airport and clean. It had a nice bathroom and I enjoyed having a small couch to sit on instead of the bed.

No surprises here…this Hilton property lives up to the brand reputation. The common areas were clean, conveniently situated, and pleasantly designed for comfort. The staff was professional, friendly, and quick to respond to our needs. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The hot tub was clean and the temperature was perfect. Outside seating was so pretty and surprisingly quiet considering the hotel is situated on the same road as the airport. The breakfast buffet was okay, really just as expected. We showed up late for the buffet and the staff let us eat without rushing us. The room was clean and modern. The A/C worked well.

This hotel is very convenient for the airport because it has a shuttle available. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The common areas have beautiful decor. The front desk personnel is friendly and knowledgeable. But the area around it is ugly (not unsafe, just ugly) and boring. There are no places to eat within walking distance. I’m sure it will get better as the buildings around it get renovated. Just don’t expect to be able to walk anywhere from this hotel. Also make sure you ask for some of their legendary delicious cookies.
