Tämä loma-asunto tarjoaa 1349 neliömetriä runsaasti tilaa rentoutua ja nauttia aikaa "todellisesta" maailmasta. Suuren ruokailu- / olohuoneen yhdistelm��n lisäksi löydät täysin varustetun keittiön ja aamiaishupun, joka johtaa pieneen yksityiseen suljettuun parvekkeeseen. Se on täydellinen paikka nauttia Joen aamukupista, kun katsot AMI: n aamukahvia. Tämä parveke johtaa toiseen makuuhuoneeseen, jossa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja erillinen aula-amme, jossa on amme / suihku. This was the third place I rented in 3 weeks. Each place was with a different rental company. While all were nice, I could see the very professional way this place was cleaned & prepared. I very much appreciated the storage compartment in the parking area along with the beach chairs. I really enjoyed my stay

We loved our stay and are hoping to come back next year! Only thing of note that was frustrating - the wifi is for the whole condo (about 8 condos) and was hard to connect to. The TVs in the master didn’t work, and the guest room needed a new Roku. AMLVR was FANTASTIC to work with, but the owner of the condo refused to share their private WiFi password. I know this is a first world problem, but when you have a sick kiddo you’d like the WiFi to work. Otherwise, a great stay and will definitely work with AMLVR again (but I’ll book directly through them).

Condo was convenient to the beach, grocery store, and church. Sunrooms were nice but we missed an actual outdoor space such as a balcony. We are returning next year as we got used to sunrooms.

Great place to stay!

This place was such a nice place to say. Steps to the beach and the pool was great! The beach equipment was great to have as well. Condo was very clean and came with everything you need for the kitchen. We loved the two enclosed balconies. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

First off I would like to say I am not happy with the VRBO charge! I have been renting through this company and have never been charged before. I was told I would receive a credit but never did. Management company couldn’t tell me what it was for. Nor did VRBO explain the charge. Just greed. The condo was very close to a path to beach. It was great! Had an issue the whole time we were there with the heater broken on the pool so we were never able to use it. The management company did their to keep us up to date. Also, roof top deck needs a lot of repairs. We did enjoy out stay!

Very nice condo

Had a great stay here at Beach Potato. Exceptionally clean. Could have provided a few more basics like spices, cooking oil, coffee etc. We weren't told that there were beach type supplies that we could use. We discovered them for ourselves in a storage room down by the parking area. Please check this out before you buy. Some of those items were not in great shape and should probably be replaced. The pool was wonderful and we usually had it to ourselves. Beds were very comfortable. Thanks for the nice stay!

Wonderful week!

The unit was in an amazing location! So close to the beach, Publix, and other stores and restaurants. The pool was very nice even though we barely used it because the beach is so amazing here. We loved the condo! The kitchen was well equipped. Loved sitting on the porches. Thanks for a great week!

Beachside Getaway

Perfect. Location, size, furnishings, and ease of the island made our week long stay perfect! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well supplied. The walk to the beach was short and the pool was relaxing! We called the office because the air stopped running on Monday- they changed the filter while we were out and about and the unit was working perfectly upon our return. Thank you for the perfect getaway that our family needed. Booking was fast and easy.

Perfect Beach Stay

Rented this unit for one week with a friend. The pictures are very accurate. There is actually more than what is shown. A nice larger HD tv in the living room, a large stainless steel fridge. Beautifully remodeled bathrooms. Comfy sofas. Nicely appointed lanaiis, in-unit laundry, beach equipment storage area. We found most helpful the beach wagon. Although the beach umbrellas could use an update, one worked for us. The tvs all have Roku, and there is an Xbox connect. Steps away from the beach, less than a two minute walk. The access is private and the section of beach is clean and quiet compared to the public beach further down. Hose by carport to wash down feet and beach items was very useful. We didnt use the pool since the gulf was so calm and warm that week. The neighbors using the other units were all very friendly. I only have two very minor complaints. The mattresses and pillows in the second bedroom with the twin beds were very uncomfortable. I imagine it would not have bothered a 60lb kid but for a grown adult, it took a couple nights to get used to it. The pillows need a refresh. I travel with my own pillow cases and when switching I saw the yucky drool discoloration on the pillows that didnt have cases. Also, we paid for linen service and whatever service is used, they provide the worst towels I have ever encountered. The towel fibers pilled on your hands which is very obvious when you go to put on lotion. I couldn't towel dry my hair or body without getting a coating of fibers almost like fuzz all over my skin. I resigned myself to just air-drying. The beach towels were somewhat better in that they didn't pill but they were very thin and rough, not nice to lay out on the beach. The yucky towels and pillows were not enough to put a damper on what was otherwise a wonderful stay. I would def consider staying here again if the second bedroom had a full size bed or the couch was a pullout. I would make sure to leave room in my luggage for a bath towel and a beach towel. The unit is perfect for a family with two kids. All in all we had a wonderful stay and were very pleased with all other amenities, esp the cookware and dishes. A great location on the island! Thank you for providing a clean and relaxing home away from home!

First time AMI, Found Perfect Location

This is a perfect location! The property has one home between it and the beach! The unit was very well maintained, nicely decorated and exceptionally cleaned. There were plenty basic essentials provided to get started and we left a few things as well like sandwich bags & garbage bags that may come in handy for other guests. We were pleasantly surprised to be provided with beach towels as part of the linen service; although had brought ours along, it would certainly help with packing lighter next time. Considering there is the washer and dryer available in the unit. The beds were comfortable, my sister and daughter constantly commented on how well theirs felt and that they slept well. We were unsure about what was available in the storage unit (which to be honest - I missed even seeing in the listing) so I had rented a beach cart, cooler, umbrella & chairs which were delivered before we arrive and I had picked up immediately on our last full day before departure. There is some noise from upstairs guests but nothing that isn't bearable - I would definitely deal with it considering this location! It is literally right behind Publix, CVS, Walgreens and multiple restaurants that you can walk to in a few minutes. During the week we walked and drove the area and decided this was the perfect location! (Yes I have to repeat that!) Be sure you eat early, we did and was back on the rooftop most nights around 8 to enjoy the view of the sunset. It's so much cooler around this time too and a nice way to spend the evening! We really enjoyed this rental and would definitely return if we chose to visit the area again!

This location is awesome for the price. It’s almost on the beach and you do not have to cross the road to get there. Close to Publix, Walgreens and CVS as well as other stores. I would definitely stay here again!

Beach Potato Is Awesome!

The unit is huge and the location can't be beat. There were so many amenities (chairs, wagon, coolers). The unit is well stocked and had nice little touches like shampoo and dish soap. We can't wait to return. The location is amazing and you can walk to stores and restaurants.

We love this place!

This is our third time staying in this building and second time in this condo, although previous time was six years ago and different owners. Upgrades since last stay are beautiful. We love the location and closeness to beach and grocery store. A few rugs would be helpful so there is someplace to stretch and a couple extra bathroom hooks are needed. Condo wasn't as clean as before. Walking barefoot got us pretty dirty feet and lots of dust bunnies and dirt under some of the furniture. All in all, nothing that dampened our stay. Furnishings are very nice and beds are good. Well stocked kitchen.
