Welcome to our home. We are so happy to share our special getaway with you, and truly hope you get to enjoy it. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a community pool, 2 tennis courts, and a beautiful park nearby. We are close to supermarkets, restaurants, and convenience stores, 5 minutes away from the UTC Mall, local shopping centers, and Nathan Benderson Park. Close to Lido Beach and Siesta Key Beach, which is voted the #1 beach in the U.S., and just 4 miles from the SRQ airport.

House description:
This property with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people, with the minimum renter age being 21 years old.
•The Master Bedroom: has a King Bed, Ceiling fans, a walk-in closet, and a Tv
•The 2nd Bedroom: Has a Queen Bed
•The 3rd Bedroom: Has two twin beds
• The 4th Room/ Covered Lanai Room: Has a twin sofa bed, patio furniture, board games, a bookcase with lots of children's books, an oversized ottoman, and window A/C.
•The Master Bathroom: Has a Walk-in shower and towels, which are provided along with a starter set of complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper just for the first few days.
•The Guest Bathroom: Has a Bathtub and towels, which are provided along with a starter set of complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper just for the first few days.
•Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the living space. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, solid surface counters, dinnerware, drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, kid-friendly dinnerware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, a pizza pan, a cookie sheet, a toaster, a blender, a can opener, a wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, a coffee maker (the kitchen comes with a complimentary coffee, filters, sugar, and dish soap).
•Dining room that seats 6 people.
•Living room: TV, Stone Fireplace, and furniture.
•Deck: Has a Patio table with 6 chairs and a charcoal Grill (We do not provide charcoal.)
•Garage: Has a Washer/ Dryer, an Iron board w/iron, a cooler, a highchair, and 2 kids' bikes. beach chairs and an umbrella.
•Free Parking: Parking is only ALLOWED in the paver driveway.
Please do not park on the street. Trailers, RVs, boats, campers, and vehicles with commercial signs are not allowed.

Guest access:
Access to the house and rooms, garage, lanai, and backyard. In the garage, we have our storage room, which will be locked.
A property door code and community pool and tennis court code will be provided closer to your date of reservation.

PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED! ALL GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED.
PET FRIENDLY (Max 1). Again, parking is provided at the paved driveway. Please do not park on the street; trailers, RVs, boats, campers, and vehicles with commercial signs are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Please dispose of any garbage in the trash cans located in the garage, respect our neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Please remember to keep all doors and windows locked.
