Just steps from the beach walk to everything, restaurants, and shopping! Enjoy the rooftop sun deck with a peek-a -boo view of the Gulf of Mexico. Completely updated. All the amenities for a delightful stay. 4 bedrooms 3 baths. Ensuite on the first level. Master ensuite upstairs also has its own living room area with a sofa bed if needed. Beach chairs and towels provided. The home sleeps 8 comfortably. Extra fee for 9 or 10 guests. 10 max.

The home was in very good condition 4 bed , 3 baths lovely beach house with plenty of room for our party of 8. We were a very short walk to the beach on Lido Key and the restaurants and shops on St. Armand Circle. In addition the covered patio was delightful and we enjoyed using the gas grill for several meals. Our host was attentive but not intrusive.he quickly resolved a small problem that popped up. The yard was totally fenced in and allowed for some playtime with our dogs. The host made chairs., umbrellas, boogie boards ,balls & beach games available for guests. The upstairs suite was equipped luxuriously with a a spa tub, walk in shower with dual shower heads and dual sinks. A roof top deck provides great access to lovely sunsets. We had a wonderful, memory making family week.! .

Best Weekend!

Rob went above and beyond to help accommodate us for our stay! We had 8 adults and it was the perfect home, plenty of room for everyone, and so close to the beach, snack bar, and St. Armands Circle! We will definitely be back!

This was our second stay in Rob’s house and again it was a great vacation.The house, yard and proximity to the beach can’t be beat! There is also a public pool at the beach which is perfect for swimming laps.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

We are a family of three sisters with our husbands, age range of mid 60s to mid 70s. This property was the ideal location for walking to Armand Circle and Lido Beach. The lovely house was clean, extremely well equipped and nicely furnished. We enjoyed our evenings sitting around the big dining room table playing cards or reading in the comfy living room. The Master Bedroom on the second floor was huge! We all really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property and hope we can return next year.

Lovely Month-Long Stay at Lido Lux

We really liked this house. We have rented homes in various beach locations over the last 5-10 years and this home is at the top of our list.The home is spacious and charming, consisting of an original one-story area (two bedrooms, bath, living room with fireplace, and kitchen) and two additions (one on the first floor with a bedroom and an updated bath) and the other on the second floor (with a large primary bedroom, walk in closet, and a very large shower (with river stone flooring and a separate water closet). There is also a fun spiral staircase up to a rooftop deck.The location is superb. Lido Beach is 3 minutes or so walking straight down the street and and the Beach Pavilion there offers various food and beverage options (adult and otherwise). The restaurants and shops at St. Armand's Circle are close as well (about 10 minutes walking) and there a number of wonderful choices there. It was great to see this area recovering from a difficult hurricane season--most of the establishments are open and thriving.We would happily return here again.

Great property in a perfect location walking distance to the beach and the center of town was very easy. Backyard is a wonderful spot to hang out in. The dining room table was a great area to eat and hang out together. Will definitely go back.

Family Beach Vacation

Outstanding location, 1 block from Lido Beach and community pool and easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants of St Armand’s. Property was very clean and well-equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and a wagon to haul it all. We enjoyed the private backyard with artificial grass and comfortable patio with Weber gas grill. The upstairs suite is amazing, and the 3 baths and outdoor shower very useful for larger families. There is a lot of construction in the neighborhood, but this did not detract from our enjoyment. The beach is beautiful white sand and very expansive. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to return.

Wonderful stay at Lido Lux

Our family of six adults and our 3 grandchildren under age 5 thoroughly enjoyed our week at Lido Lux. The house was very clean, comfortable and well supplied with kitchen equipment as well as beach towels, toys and a wagon. We also loved the large, nicely landscaped backyard. The best thing about the house for us was the location! Just down the block from a beautiful beach with a bar and grill and clean bathrooms, as well as easy walking distance to St Armand’s circle. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Family Vacation

This house is so spacious, clean and comfortable. It was also in the perfect location. We could walk to restaurants and shopping and also to the beach. It was the ideal distance for little kids to make it without a problem. We will absolutely return!

Christmas in Florida

The house accommodated our family of 7 perfectly. The roof top lounge are was especially nice considering the chilly/windy temps on the beach. Rob was especially helpful with recommendations for dinners and other fun things to do. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect beach vacation

We had another great stay here at Lido Key at Rob's. We've stayed at this location for the past 3 years and we look forward to it each year. The house is perfect to spread out and has bedrooms on the first floor, which is great for kids or elderly. The location is ideal with St. Armand's being within walking distance and not to mention the beach across the street and the rooftop lookout to see the nightly sunsets. Rob is very accommodating and very communicative. The house is always super clean and tidy. We can't wait to come back next year!

An enjoyable family vacation.

Excellent location. Half a block from a marvelous beach. The A/C unit on the 3rd floor was a problem at first but our nimble host had it repaired and it was fine. My husband uses a walker and although access for those with limited mobility is not bad, our host is making slight adjustments in the first floor bathroom to improve access. Expensive, with high add-on fees. But All in all, a lovely property, a genial host, an enjoyable week. We would like to return some day.

Perfect Week

This property was great. Even better than pictured. We stayed for Christmas week and took advantage of the many spaces this place offers. The location to beach and St. Armands is great, you can park your car and walk everywhere. (or not have a car). Kitchen fully stocked - we cooked Christmas dinner and had everything we needed. Manager was great and attentive. The place was immaculate. The beach wagon works, but could use repalcing and the roof deck really needs a couple more chairs -- but these things would only add to a perfect place. The back yard offers a private oasis too. Would definitely rent again!
