Take a deep breath and get ready to relax! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool home is the perfect place for your next vacation. Offering an updated and fully-stocked kitchen, dining area, two separate sitting rooms, generously sized bedrooms and a private, screened-in pool, you'll have nothing more on your "must have" list! The gate at the back of the house leads to a secluded beach area-- a perfect place to dip your toes in the warm waters of Sarasota Bay, or bring a glass of wine and enjoy the breath-taking sunsets . Just a short walk away is Sapphire Shores Park, a picturesque spot for a picnic or to let the kids play at the Little Playground.
Also within walking distance is the Ringling Museum, Florida's official state art museum, and the FSU Center for the Performing Arts, home to the Asolo Repertory Theater and the Sarasota Ballet.

The host was great to respond to pool not working or being clean. We could not use the pool 4 days of our trip .Most of the bedding and the furniture is ready to be replaced. Living room furniture was broken and springs coming thru. The house smelt unclean, several things broken or not repaired. location and are are great. We travel many times a year and all of our stays have been great.

We had a wonderful stay at Christine's home. It was exactly as pictured and well equiped. The kids loved swiming in the pool every day and we loved the safety gate around the pool for the extra piece of mind. The location was great, close to beaches, restaurants, activities, and in a very nice safe feeling neighborhood. Communication was wonderful and she even made sure we had a high chair available to use for our youngest. She also gave us heads up of construction next door but it was really very minimal noise and didnt impact our stay at all. Im so glad we extended our stay an extra day and would definitely rent this home again!

My family and I enjoyed our time in Sarasota. The house was exactly as described in the listing. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was enjoyable and the neighborhood is very peaceful. We would definitely book again!

Location, location

This home is in one of the loveliest neighbourhoods in Sarasota, just a 5 minute walk to the renowned Ringling Museum. The property is completely private and the pool is big, deep and warm (86F), with plenty of pool toys. The master suite has been recently renovated. The best feature of this home is the easy, quick access to a very private, beautiful, sandy beach, perfect for catching the sunset and for children to play in the sand and shallow water.The host was very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay by 1 day, due to a change in travel plans.Unfortunately, the unexpected construction next door of a new house build interfered somewhat with the peace and tranquility of the environment.

Wonderful experience

We spent four weeks at this house and it was wonderful. The pool in the backyard was great. We were located close to all the things we love to do in Sarasota, including music, theater, and museums. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed to cook a meal, and the house is close to great restaurants. The pool was perfect, good temperature, and clean,I cannot say enough about the owners. They were so easy to work with, and if something was not in working order and we sent them a text, they responding within a half an hour. They always went the extra mile. When my children came for a visit with their nine month old, I asked the owner if she could direct me to somewhere that rented baby equipment, she said that was not necessary. When we got to the house, she had provided a pack and play, highchair, car seat, beach toys, and flotation devices for the pool.We are looking forward to next year’s visit.

Great 3 generation week!!

It was a perfect week. The home was nicely set up with plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. My granddaughter and fiance` worked from home while there. It is in a perfect location next to Ringling Bros. and close to beaches and nice shopping areas. The screened in pool and patio were very relaxing. I would definitely stay again if in the area. It would be perfect for a family with children also. It is in a very nice area close to the airport.

Lovely Mid-Century in a beautiful neighborhood.

Nicely remodeled Mid-Century home with pool in an eclectic neighborhood. My wife loved walking around and looking at homes that ranged from other mid-century homes to contemporary home to massive mansions. Walk to Ringling Museum and Asolo Theater. Nearby neighborhood park on the bay. Beautiful sunsets.

Loved the layout and the cleanliness of the house. Lots of windows and natural light. Spent most of my time on the lanai and in the pool. Great neighborhood. Easy to find and close to lots of things.

Outdoor Family Time

For a spring trip, I always start with what is outdoors at a property. This was a win! Wonderful pool, fun beach access, terrific lanai and large grill. Yayyyy. The grandchildren didn’t want to go anywhere, but they did enjoy Ringling! Christine was quick to respond to our needs and concerns, and was a delight to work with. Perfect location with Ringling museum and small beach literally out our backyard. Also 5 min from airport and highway 41 which was easy to get to everything. Ballet and theater a short walk. Joe was very attentive to anything we asked. We will return!

Peace

My team and I was there for over30 days. We loved the peace of the neighborhood as well as the short walk to the adjacent beach. The 2 living rooms were convenient along with the heated pool and gas barbecue pit. Christine (host) was very accommodating on every front. We will definitely stay again.
