Keittiö on uusittu kaikilla uusilla laitteilla vuonna 2019 ja hyvin varusteltu. Rentoudu ja nauti upeasta näkökulmasta viihtyisästä parvekkeelta, joka pääsee olohuoneesta tai makuuhuoneesta. Huoneisto nukkuu 6 mukavasti uudella king-vuode päällikkö, 2 kaksoset vierashuoneessa, ja uusi vuodesohva olohuoneessa. Tuo kannettava tietokone, ilmainen langaton internet on saatavilla huoneisto ja uima-allasalue!

    Huoneisto sijaitsee aidatulla monimutkainen vain yhden korttelin päässä Stickney Point silta helppo pääsy kiinni ja pois saaren. Kadun toisella puolella voit vuokrata polkupyöriä, sytyttimiä ja skoottereita Siesta Keyn tutustumiseen. Kaikki mitä tarvitset on kävelymatkan päässä; ostosmahdollisuuksia, ravintoloita, vesihiihtoa / venevuokrausta, Tiki-baari, päivittäistavarat, huumekauppa, jäätelö, posti, yön viihde ja paljon muuta. This condo has every amenity (boogie boards, beach towels, beach mats, umbrellas) you can ask for in a trip to the beach. The beach chairs are included in the rental! You can rent cabanas and tents for very cheap (make sure you rent them ahead of time!!) Beach Bum Rentals. If you have a person with a disability traveling with you there is a local place that rents beach wheelchairs - 3 days 110 and they deliver and pick up for free. The condo was clean, lots of blankets and pillows, tv had netflix and all the apps, balcony looks out you can see the ocean, great little restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. It's a great place!! The host Holly is super nice and communicates at all times of day. WE ARE DEFINATELY GOING BACK.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent—right across the street from Captain Curt's, an easy walk to the beach, and convenient to restaurants and everything Siesta Key has to offer. The listing photos accurately represent the condo, which was clean and had everything we needed for our visit.We did have a little trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi at first because the router needed to be restarted and the password formatting was a bit confusing. However, the property manager responded quickly and got us up and running, even on Saturday, July 4th, when the office was closed. That level of customer service was much appreciated.Being across from Captain Curt's means you may hear live music in the evening, but we never found it to be disruptive.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we'd be happy to return on a future trip to Siesta Key.

Excellent Beach Vacation

The condo is clean, beautiful, and steps from the beach. The property manager graciously helped us with a special request at check-in and was responsive and helpful. The Crescent Beach Market is right across the street. It’s an excellent store with a wide selection of items and incredibly friendly employees. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This property was steps from the beach which was heavenly. It made it easy to go back and forth from the condo to the beach. It was really nice that beach chairs were provided, however, it was inconvenient to drag them ourselves each day unless we paid for umbrellas. The condo was clean, cute and well kept. However, renovations were being completed to the condo complex next to us, which resulted in early morning construction noise. The layout of the condo was open, allowing everyone staying to spend quality time together without being cramped. It would have been nice to have access to a bathroom without having to enter one a bedroom. This condo had two bathrooms, but both were inside bedrooms. If somebody needed to use the bathroom the other person in the room was subject to disruption. Also, the king bed in the master bedroom was squeaky and the mattress was hard. This made it slightly difficult to fall asleep. Due to the location of this property and the available trolley, it was not necessary to drive once parked. Parking was extremely limited. There was only one designated spot and an option to pay for an additional spot if you had two cars. Overall, the stay was enjoyable.

Huricane made stay not possible

This is great property and have stayed here many times. Was unable to stay due to hurricane limitations and damages. I am awaiting a refund which I hope can be processed

Vacances relaxantes et sans souci

La location a été très bien et Holly a été très accommodante et nous a répondu très très rapidement. Une hôtesse parfaite. Si vous chercher un endroit sur la magnifique plage où il y a peu d’actions, c’est un super endroit. Condo très grand et parfait pour ma famille de 5. Les deux salles de bain, les grands espaces, la grande table à dîner, laveuse-sécheuse ont été très appréciés par ma famille et moi.

Perfect Location!

Enjoyed staying at this condo for Spring Break. Great Location, plenty of towels, and the property manager immediately responded to me with any questions I had. Loved the parking spot and having ability to reserve chairs and umbrella prevented schlepting chairs etc. (There is a company that does it right out front). Lastly, all appliances are uodated and beds were comfortable. Foldout was nice too. Great view (even if from the side)

master bed was terrible

the bed in the master bedroom was terrible, every morning when I woke up my back was very sore. I ended up sleeping on couch or in the 2nd bedroom.

Great location but hot

This condo was in a perfect location. The balcony is a side view but had a great view of the beach. I gave it four stars because to us the beds were very uncomfortable (very firm, caused issues with shoulders and we are in our 30s) and also the master bedroom was very hot. The ceiling fan goes very slow even on high and there was an oscillating fan and a box fan to make it bearable but it was hard to sleep the first night. The location was great and beach was great though!

Great location, excellent property

Like alot of the properties in the area, they are older, but we had a fantastic experience. Fully stocked with lots of extra bedding, beach towels, ample kitchen supplies. Great tv access (not that we used it that much but it was impressive), good wifi. The ONLY thing missing was extra hooks and perhaps a foldable drying rack for beach towels. Towels and swimsuits dry better over night in the ac as opposed to the balcony. High top chairs on the balcony would have been a bonus too as we couldn't see the water over the side. Oh well. Was still a great unit and would stay there again.

Great location for a family.

Holly was wonderful to work with. When I told her our plane would arrive in the morning, she got back to me and allowed us to check in early. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. The mattresses weren’t great, but this is subjective and I prefer a firm mattress. The sofa mattress was in pretty bad shape but my teenager made the best of it. The kitchen was stocked. We enjoyed the free access to beach chairs. Across the street is Anna’s sub shop, Captain Curts bar, coffee shop, and ice cream shop. All were delicious. The condo has plenty of room for our family of 5. The view from the balcony was nice. You could see the ocean. Overall we enjoyed our location and stay.

Rental change

Overall it was a good place to stay. They were great about communicating with me and the location of the building was convenient for us.. My biggest complaint is that when I booked it I was booking condo 402. Later when they asked for final payment they had changed it to 407. We picked that condo because of its location in the building, so we were extremely disappointed! We couldn’t use over half of the outlets because they’re so old things wouldn’t stay plugged in…they just fell out. The fan in the master bath didn’t work and they didn’t have much to use on the beach, so come prepared!

Disappointed in this unit, Love the Sea Shell Condos

Our group had issues starting w/codes for the gate. Had to lug our luggage & groceries from the front parking lot to the unit. The biggest issue is they did routine scheduled work placing glass on the tables while we were there. The issue was what they used to secure it. The material stunk up the whole unit & even though we opened windows/doors for days, it never went away. My asthma was flared, had to use inhalers/meds, almost had to go to Urgent Care. Plus, we had to wash the beach towels before we left. Never had to do that before. I would not stay here again but would stay at other units.

On the Key loc. is key and this loc. has it, 10/10 for location. This unit isn’t rented through the condo Assoc. Communication and responsiveness was great from rental mgr, they accepted a package for me. Some issues with code at arrival but it was resolved quickly. Key pad was working fine but had to be replaced during our stay, would have been nice if they could have waited to checkout day for basic maintenance. This unit isn’t as *nice* as other unit we have stayed in, not bad just kind of dated and a little more run down. Master bed was noisy and clunky when getting in and out, I thought it was comfortable enough husband hated it. Bed spread and extra blankets were meh, available but not fresh seeming and definitely not newer. Closet doors are metal and squeaky. Kitchen items were all there but not well organized and lower quality and older. There was salt and pepper and some saran wrap, a few laundry pods and dishwashing tabs were left along with a small bottle of dish soap. One roll of paper towels and two rolls of tp in each bathroom. Kitchen drawers are older and don’t glide nicely. Ice Maker works great, something is very loud when running in the fridge, fan maybe? Water plumbed backward in master bath. Bath linens provided but lower end quality, a few small cheap hotel bar soaps provided. Wifi signal strong and consistent. Given a choice I would not opt to stay in this unit again. Laundry, trash, recycle, bins/elevator all fine and working as they should. TV good.

Great location. “Tired”accommodation needs updating and attention

Wonderful location close to beach is this rental’s primary asset. The door locking/security device worked great. Communication with the rental agent was timely and thorough. It falls short, however, when compared to other units regarding updates and maintenance. It desperately needs a decorator!! It screams for fresh paint and beach colors. The ancient metal bi-fold doors in the bedrooms squeal in protest with opening and shutting. There was a rust- encrusted hole in the master bathroom ceiling where an exhaust fan should have been. Bed sheets were ill-fitting and worn. New beach and bath towels should be purchased - some are passable but most have outlived their useful lives. The bed made noises with entry, exit and position changes. Washer and dryer worked well and while not in the unit are conveniently located by the elevator. Rent with eyes open. This used to be a luxury condo with an outstanding location. It still has the location but needs quite a bit of attention to return to the luxury class

Getting away is always good.

First of all, the weather sucked. This is twice I have been to Flordia in the last seven months. 100 degrees in June. Today a low of 45 and 20 mile an hour winds. Cloudy most days. We had such high hopes for our trip, but getting away is always good. The complex was very nice. Beautiful beach with chairs and lounges. The property manager sent me a five page set of rules. The hinge on one of the upper kitchen cabinets was broke. It fell and almost hit her. I called the manager and he requested pictures which I sent. That was the last I heard from him. The manual in the condo said there were two remotes for the Television. I spent a half hour looking for it. Turns out you only need one! Something is wrong with the TV remote in the master bedroom. The living room fan has a Serious vibration. Volume and channel buttons don't work. All that said, we had an enjoyable time. I think it was properly priced. Lord willing we will be in Siesta Key next year because getting away is always fun.

Sea Shell on Siesta Key the Perfect Vacation spot

Sea Shell is a fantastic vacation spot on Crescent Beach/Siesta Key. We have been coming to Siesta key for almost 30 years. Staying at the Sea Shell is ideal, convenient to everything Siesta Key has to offer and the beach location is just perfect. We look forward to returning to stay at Sea Shell for many years to come.
