RVA tarjoaa kauniit turkoosi vedet ja kvartsi-kristallivalkoiset hiekkarannat, jotka on virallisesti luokiteltu "hienoimmaksi, valkoisimmaksi hiekkarannaksi maailmassa". Ruokailu: Vaikka Siesta Keyn Beach Clubilla ei ole paikan päällä olevaa ravintolaa, se sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla lyhyen ajomatkan tai pyörämatkan päässä paikallisista suolaisen veden keittiöistä. Siesta Key -ravintolat sisältävät Daiquiri Deckin (2. 95 mailia), Siesta Key Oyster -baarin (2. 95 mailia), Broken Egg -ravintolan (3. 12 mailia), Lobster Potin (3. 07 mailia) tai Javier's Restaurant and Wine Bar ( 0. 14 mailia).

Good location, dirty and outdated unit

We liked the location but the unit/property needs major updating. The unit was very dirty too. We would never stay here again. For the price, there are better options.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is view but a short walk to the gorgeous Crescent beach. The condo is old and needs a major overhaul. The dishwasher has rust inside as well as holes in the racks. The beds are hard as a rock and there was mold in the windowsills. The first few nights of our stay, local teenagers showed up and hung out in the pool area and hot tub after closing time. We alerted the manager and he said he would let the owner know. The third night more local kids came and were partying by the pool again. This is obviously the hangout for the local high-school kids to come and drink with no consequence. We also found out that we paid double for our unit than other guests. The Crescent beach area is amazing and we will be back, but will not be staying here.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed with our stay. The 1st problem we had was with the television in the living room/kitchen area. No picture on the TV. After notifying the receptionist, and after replacing 2 “digital boxes”, she was able to get the TV working.The 2nd problem was with our door locking in Unit 106B.The key fob would not unlock the door without trying it 5-6 times, and there was 2-3 times that the receptionist had to come to unlock the door for us. We were told that someone from maintenance would be there the next morning to repair the lock. The maintenance man NEVER did show up during our entire stay. We ended up with 5 different “keys” to our room, and NONE of them worked properly without having to “swipe” the lock 5-6 times. Very frustrating!Thirdly.....every time we closed our refrigerator door, the freezer door above it would pop open. The seal needs to be replaced, and the door handle on the refrigerator is about to fall off......loose screws.This was our 2nd time staying there, and was not happy with our accommodations at all.The staff was courteous and willing to help us, but the unit itself needs some work. We will not be returning for future visits......

Great location, could use some updates

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is an excellent location to Siesta Key and close to the trolley stop. The condo itself is on the second floor so be prepared for stairs. Our upstairs neighbor was really loud even with the high ceilings in the unit. You can hear everything - every noise outside, all noises at the pool and upstairs. This wasn’t great for our little one but we made due! The condo itself was pretty well maintained but vents could use cleaning, the beds need to be replaced as they have humps in the center and the condo needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. We arrived to sheets that were clearly not replaced from the last guest. There was also hair in the bathtub from the previous guest. Being charged a cleaning fee, I expect to arrive to a clean condo. You’ll also be tasked with some light cleaning at your exit, so be prepared for that as well. Overall, we liked the location to the beach and it worked for us traveling with a little one. The pool was nice and the grounds seemed pretty well kept. The beach items and first come first serve and we saw a few families keep the items with them instead of returning them for others to use. The left overs are not great so make sure you get there early to utilize beach equipment. They do need to double check the units are clean before sending the next person in in the future and an update to the beds would be ideal. I would also add trash receptacles near the condos as it was difficult to find, carry and dispose of trash in the dumpsters as required upon check out.

We rented four condos and used the porch as our common living room. Most of the units we rented were in need of updating. The dishwasher in our unit was worthless. I mentioned it to the front desk at check out. It's hard to believe that they were unaware of the issue but said that would inform the owner. The kitchen was minimally equipped. We didn't have pot holders. In spite of the shortcomings of the units we had a wonderful time.

Reviewer Comments: I've stayed at this property a few times in a few different units. They're all nice, in theory, but are never very clean (beyond just a surface level) and the maintenance is poor. There are always a few things broken or breaking. This year my unit smelled very strongly of cigar smoke upon arrival. Really not ideal for my 3 young kids. The mattresses in particular need replacing, but otherwise the furniture is fine. Pool and beach are nice.

Amazing location, but not maintained well

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location and works well for our particular family. We have stayed there many years, using multiple units each year and noticed this year that the units themselves are not being well maintained. Each unit had at least one appliance not working properly, and there was nothing that they could do or tried to do to fix them. Our family will actually stay there again next year, but there is no appreciation for repeat customers and booking with RVA is much more restrictive than just booking the same units, at the same price on VRBO.

Reviewer Comments: You could hear people walking around upstairs early in the Am, the beach chairs and umbrellas were falling apart, and we found some bugs in the bathroom. Location was great! The hot tub bleached our bathing suits!

Girls get away

It was perfect for what we needed a relaxing getaway. Pool and hot tub just around the corner and short walking distance to the beach along with the usage of beach chairs. Loved the deck to enjoy while it rained instead of being stuck inside. Thank you for checking on us. Very nice and helpful

A Relaxing Getaway

Nice place but no security

on our first night there was a party at the pool until 3am.....loud doesn't even begin to describe it. That resulted in the pool and hot tub to be closed for the remainder of our stay. :(

Love the Beach

Best beach around. Spring break noise…no one around to enforce the quite hours. Cooking pans need to be replaced. Good shower pressure.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It’s a great location for the beach and restaurants on Siesta Key. It was particularly nice that beach chairs and umbrellas are available to borrow. The kitchen in the unit was well appointed and we also enjoyed eating breakfast and having coffee on the large deck. We will be back for sure.
