Welcome to Shoreline! Bring the whole family for a relaxing vacation in Sarasota, FL. This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is spacious and fully stocked. Take a dip in our heated pool and enjoy the fenced-in backyard. Ideally located, this home is just 8 miles away from world-famous Siesta Key beach and a short walk from Pinecraft and it's yummy ice cream shops. Hop on the Legacy Trail just a few blocks away for a scenic bike ride, or take a 10-minute walk to the nearby pickleball courts.

This two-story home is spacious and has been updated to include all the comforts of home. The pool is heated and the backyard is fenced-in for added privacy. For your safety, our pool includes a child safety gate across the entire perimeter. If you have no use for this gate, let us know and we would be happy to remove it prior to your arrival. The home also includes driveway parking and a ping pong table in the garage. Guests must be able to climb stairs for common and second story access.

Guest access: Guests will have full access of the house and it's amenities while in residence.

A few additional amenities include: Washer/Dryer, Cooking Basics , Complimentary WIFI, Children's Amenities, BBQ Grill, Beach Essentials, Child Safety Gated Pool, Ping Pong Table, Private Parking and more!

Please Note: Two cameras are installed at the front exterior of our home to assist with monitoring our arrivals/departures and our vendors.

Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM. If there is evidence of parties, smoking, drugs or tampering with our exterior cameras a $500 fee will be charged.
At departure, please place garage door opener on the counter to avoid a fee. Place dishes, and start, the dishwasher and start one load of towels.
City regulations prohibits parking in the yard. Please park in our driveway or by the street only.

Spring getaway

After a c-o-l-d Pennsylvania winter, two of my daughters, their families and I decided that Sarasota would be a great destination to spend our spring break. This property did not disappoint! It was comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated and the location was easily accessible to shopping, the beach, etc. The grandkids loved the pool and ping pong table! We hope to return next year!

Pinecraft paradiise

This place was perfect for our family of 10!Very well stocked kitchen, and clean! The pool was a great source of entertainment. Would definitely recommend it to any family looking for a nice quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful home for a large family or group of friends.

It was a nice home with 4 Bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths. Plenty room for the 9 of us. Large pool and patio. Kitchen was very adequate & stocked with kitchen supplies. Staircase went up to 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms & also 2 other areas with steps. One bedroom with bunk bed downstairs. Garage had ping pong table, so no car parked inside. Easy entry & leaving. Could use more toilet paper, garbage bags & needed some tissue boxes. Bathrooms were very nice. We all had a great weekend getaway. Close to restaurants & we went to St Armands Circle.

Great property and Owners

We travel quite a bit and are really particular. This property is exceptionally clean and thoughtfully furnished with attention to detail. We had one snafu with the gas grill but the owners were super responsive and kind about our situation. I can tell that the neighborhood is evolving so things like landscaping are works in progress. Spent a lot of time on the beautiful lanai. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great place for our family!

This was a great place for our crowd. The host had provided so many amenities for the little ones we had. We appreciated the safety features around the pool. The kitchen was well stocked. Not many rentals have a coffee grinder, so we coffee snobs appreciated that. The swings out front got lots of use. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Thanks for a good experience.

Relaxing in Sarasota

We planned a long weekend for my son’s 4th birthday. We had an amazing time! The home had all the comforts we could’ve asked for an more. My son had toys, books, and games to play with. The heated pool was great with plenty of pool towels, toys, and floats. The house was very spacious and the furniture was very comfortable. We had all the kitchen appliances we needed to prepare our meals. The property manager was had great communication before and throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Shoreline home

We enjoyed the property. It was close to everything. We came in for a triathlon at Nathan Benderson Park and it was an easy ride to there. Shopping and restaurants were all near by as is the airport. The property was as described and the pictures were accurate. Would definitely recommend this home to others and we would stay here again.
