Nauti tämän hiljattain päivitetyn järven koti asetettu 3/4 hehtaarin suuri turvatarkastus kuisti ja oma laituri ja kannen tilaa kauniissa Saratoga Lake. Vain 5 kilometriä radalle ja 6 kilometriä keskustaan.
Tämä koti on 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 täyttä kylpyammeet, olohuone, jossa on runsaasti istuimia, avoin keittiö, joka avautuu ruokailutilaan ja suuri huone tilaa, sekä erillinen den / toimistotila, josta on näkymät järvelle. Valmiit kellarikerrokset, joissa on queen-size-vuodesohva, tuoli ja suuri televisio, tarjoavat erillisen oleskelutilan ja ylimääräisen nukkumiskapasiteetin. Keittiöstä on erillinen pesutupa.
On viehättävä järvi talo tuntuu modernit mukavuudet, kuten uusi ruostumaton teräs laitteet, graniitti työtasot, WiFi, 3 suurta näyttöä älykkäitä televisiot ja paljon muuta!
Sijaitsee kauniissa Saratoga Springsissä, meidän talo on vain 10 minuutin ajomatka kaikille keskustaan Saratoga on tarjota. Uber ja Lyft ovat saatavilla alueella.

Love the screened in porch

We enjoyed our stay. It was very hot while we were there, but the house was nice and cool, and the screened in living area was a terrific option for the evenings. The air hockey and shuffleboard tables were a nice touch. Having water access was also crucial.

Saratoga Stopover

We had a great stay, and loved the screened-in porch and the area where we could have our dogs outside to play. Location was perfect, owner was very responsive, and we had no issues at all. The only area for improvement is that the house could use some updating. Thanks again for letting us stay.

Great for a group

Just as listed- awesome open space on the porch! Perfect for our boots, eating dinner and breakfast! The central air really made it nice to come home! And the view of the lake from the front lawn was gorgeous!

Home away from home

Ryan’s place is awesome. It is spacious and homey. The rooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is updated and has all utensils you need. There is also an outdoor grill. The place is not only close to Saratoga Lake, it is relatively close to other attractions in the town. Ryan is easy to communicate with and is very accommodating.

this place is stunning!! We came for my moms birthday and we all enjoyed the lake view, the dock and downtown Saratoga area. Amazing food near by and perfect house to stay in! Definitely recommend.

October weekend away

We absolutely loved the lake house. It was perfect for our family to take time and get away and enjoy the fall. Our kids loved going down to the dock to watch the sunset.

Saratoga Springs Getaway

The house was in a great location right across the street from the lake and around 15 minutes from the heart of beautiful downtown Saratoga Springs. We enjoyed our stay very much and the big surprise was the magnificent Saratoga Spa State park with its golf course and walking trails and beautiful overall setting. The owner Ryan was extremely accommodating and made every effort to make sure our stay was enjoyable. This was a very nice get away which my wife and daughter and son in law and I all needed this year with this horrible pandemic.

Accommodations were just perfect

Accommodations were just perfect. Although the house is not directly on the lake the walk is very short and the deck was large enough to accommodate seating to enjoy the views of the lake. Sunset is amazing.

Family Time by The Lake

Rented this lovely spot to visit the area where I grew up and spend Thanksgiving weekend with family. The property is a beautiful, peaceful setting, and yet very close to the highway, restaurants, shopping and other activities. Kitchen was a dream to cook in and the whole place is quite comfortable and cozy. Temps were a bit chilly, but we still managed to enjoy the large screened porch a bit. Even saw a bunch of deer in the neighbor's yard! Would love to go back another time when it's warmer and we can really enjoy the lake -- it's so close! Our host Ryan was great to work with and very responsive to any requests or questions we had. Totally relaxing and fun weekend reconnecting and recharging.

weekend in Saratoga

We recently spent a long weekend at this house and had a great time. The house is set up on a hill with some views of Saratoga Lake. The screened in porch with TV was the most used room in the house, besides sleeping. The third bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed that is a little tight but fine for sleeping. There is not a lot of head room in the bottom bunk but we had two teenage boys sleep in the room (twin bed and top bunk) without problem. The kitchen is well equipped, with many extra small amenities provided (dishwasher soap, garbage bag, etc). There is a nice private dock across the street that is perfect for enjoying the view and watching the sunsets. It also a good place to launch a kayak or inflatable float. A few things to note about the dock: it is the second dock on the left after you leave the driveway and cross the street, the steps are a little steep but very sturdy, the grass/weeds growing in the lake were pretty thick when we were there so at that time, not the best place to swim. Ryan was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions prior to our arrival. Once we got to the house, we had no issues questions.

Perfect vacation

My friend and I, along with our 3 children, (aged 4, 5 and 10) spent 2 nights (June 7 & 8) at this lovely house on Lake Saratoga. We had never been to the area before and all we were looking for was a spacious sanctuary close to the lake- that is precisely what we found at 24 Palmer Hts. Its quite apparent that the Larsons care very much about the client experience. The house was clean, and completely ready for use. They have furnished the house with all the amenities any person, young or old, could want to find at a vacation spot: a well maintained grill, a shuffleboard, nintendo, huge TVs, a serene sitting room with a view of the lake, a washing machine and dryer, board games, and a clean seating area at the dock. The house is spacious and has room for 3 couples (or 3 pairs of bed buddies-no judgements!!) to sleep comfortably. There is another room that we used as a kids room with bunk beds and a huge twin. The bunks are meant for kids or really small adults, and the twin was good enough for me AND my 5 year old together! The basement is finished with a fold out sofa bed and there is plenty of room for a queen sized air mattress in that room as well. The lake is across the street from the house, down a little ways-a 2 minute walk-and down a flight of wooden stairs located between two ferns (great for using as a landmark). It makes it feel like you are in a secluded little paradise when you watch the amazing sunset from the dock. The lake is fine for swimming, of course, I would only recommend wearing some type of water shoes. There are a lot of stones and pebbles at the bottom you don't want to feel when you're hanging in the water. The house is within 7 driving minutes a little beach (Brown's Beach) with sand ($3/person over 13), tons of restaurants, convenience stores, liquor stores. We went to a great restaurant called Carson's Woodside Tavern which has great outdoor seating with a view of the lake and the Vermont Mountains. They have live music in the evenings. A few more minutes beyond that is the amazing town center with more shopping along Broadway, the main drag. There is the phenomenal Northshire bookstore, tons of bars, restaurants, parks, gardens and a cute $1 carousel. We took the kids to eat at Mercentile's Kitchen right on Broadway which was kid friendly with but perfectly civilized for the adults at the same time. I cannot wait to reserve another weekend at this place again. Great job Mr and Mrs Larson!!
