Mother daughter weekend

This rental was perfect for myself and my two daughters. Everything was exactly as described - lovely welcoming and modern decor, spotlessly clean, all systems functioning as they should. The backyard space was really a plus when the weather is good. Quiet neighborhood where we always felt safe. Seamless contact with owners made getting settled in and checking out easy. Saratoga Springs is a great city to visit. If you are a couple or small group you'll be glad if you stay here when you come.

We loved loved loved this house, got home today and we are still talking about the fabulous time we had and plan to go next summer as well. Wonderful remodeled place....deck out back is awesome...kitchen remodeled with everything you need...i use VBRO a lot and was impressed with the fully stocked kitchen (besides actual food!)....cute bar down in the basement....it was warm out and the central air did not disappoint! Definitly will be back!

If you are looking for the perfect property to stay for a weekend getaway...look no further. This was beyond our expectations!! Cozy and comfortable home

This cottage is in a great location close to the Beekman Arts District and downtown. It features comfortable beds with nice linens, a full kitchen with good quality utensils and (a rarity for VRBO rentals) a sharp set of kitchen knives! We stayed during the Saratoga Jazz Festival and found it delightful in every way.

Another amazing girls weekend

This was our second year in a row renting this perfect house!! We do a girls spa weekend every year and this home is in the perfect location! Walking distance to everything you may want to visit while in Saratoga. Less than a mile to Broadway. The house is so clean, well equipped, the yard is outstanding (amazing lawn!! Well maintained) and our favorite place to have cocktails around the firepit after our spa day! And the owners are so gracious, super responsive and it’s clear they take great pride in their home. We look forward to coming back again next year!! Thank you to Lynn and Tim!

Wonderful property!

This was a great property and location for my friend and I to spend the weekend in Saratoga Springs. Check-in was easy and the house had everything we needed, including multiple ways to make coffee. It is a small house, but was great for the two of us. The back yard was beautiful. The listing did indicate that there was a hot tub, but the owners quickly updated the listing when I started asking about the hot tub as that amenity was listed in error. Quiet street and neighborhood. Would definitely return in the future.

Cute and Clean

The property was perfect for our 3 day stay in Saratoga Springs! It was immaculate, nicely furnished and decorated and the house was equipped with just about everything you could need other than food and drink. Most importantly it was a great location for just about everything we wanted to do.
