Saratoga Springs Arts District Home

Completely renovated and redecorated home in the heart of the Arts District in Saratoga Springs. (Hello, Joanna Gaines) Walk everywhere! 1 block to restaurants (The Local) & 3 blocks to Broadway and downtown. Fun, open floor plan with large living room & 40' smart TV. Brand-new kitchen/quartz counters, 3-seat breakfast bar & farmhouse dining table. 2 bedrooms upstairs with queen beds; 1 bedroom on the main floor with 2 twin beds.
Central air! Off-street parking for 2 cars in rear. Sunny backyard, porch in front and back! A lovely way to stay & play in Saratoga.

We do ask our guests to sign a lease before the reservation can be confirmed.
Murray, our Sheepadoodle, lives in the house part-time. He's hypo-allergenic, but please know this if you have severe allergies. And no pets, sorry -- Murray will get upset.

Saratoga Travers Weekend Stay

Property is very well equipped and was perfect for our stay. Communication was great prior to arrival and location is very close to downtown. Margot is a great host and would rent from again.

Great stay, close to action

Host communication was excellent. House has nuce open floor plan on main level, best well-stocked kitchen of any VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. All bedrooms good size, Shower pressure was amazing! Our group enjoyed all the board games. Location was great, walking distance to downtown. Check out the Local right around the block, recommended by owner, perfect spot for few cocktails close to house. Unfortunately, we really didn’t get to enjoy backyard, buggy with rain and hypersensitive bug guests. Hope to visit again!

Golf and Ponies

The property was well maintained and comfortable. Air conditioning worked great! Short walk to restaurants and entertainment downtown. Margot was extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive. There is parking for 2 vehicles behind the house and ample street parking nearby. Certain parking areas have alternate street parking to be aware of.

Weekend in Saratoga

Three couples meeting for a fun weekend. Spa's were enjoyed. Downtown is so much fun. Our homeowner was wonderful in every aspect. We will be coming back again

Outstanding Host

Margot provided a very clean house exactly as it was described in the listing. She provided amenities above and beyond the usual to help ensure that we had all we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The house is a short walk from downtown and a very enjoyable beautiful walk to the race track. I highly recommend this property and host!

Girls Weekend

We picked Saratoga Springs for this years Girls Weekend and it did not disappoint. We loved our house which was just a few blocks from all the restaurants and shops on Broadway. The open living room/kitchen area was perfect for hanging out. The house was fresh and clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Our host, Margot was easy to reach and very helpful when we had a question. We drove a short distance to the racetrack and parked for 15.00 on a private lawn. We plan to return in the future!

Lovely in every way!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Margot was a terrific host who was very welcoming, thoughtful and responsive. The home was inviting, beautifully furnished, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. We parked two cars in the back and walked everywhere--just minutes from all the shops, restaurants and galleries on Broadway and Beekman (in the Arts District). We could not have asked for more. We certainly plan to return.

Perfection!

We had a lovely stay in this lovely house. It was perfect for me, my daughter and her two friends (prospective Skidmore students) to spend the night prior to a Skidmore Open House. The house is spotless and enormous! Large living room, large dining room, large kitchen, plenty of beds and two full bathrooms! Very close to the center of town, so it was great for checking out downtown Saratoga Springs. Highly recommended!!!

Saratoga springs weekend

Excellent location within walking distance to center of town. House is lovely! It’s very comfortable and decorated with simplicity and interesting touches everywhere. We’ll eqiped for a weekend stay in Saratoga springs. We enjoyed a cup of tea in the back yard in the morning, and appreciated having a parking spot for the car.

Wedding weekend celebration

We stayed at Laura’s home during the weekend of our son’s wedding. The house was absolutely gorgeous and only wished we could could stay there longer to enjoy all it had to offer. So much room to gather inside and out. Beautiful kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. I really wanted to come back another time just to enjoy the house!
