”Fantastic chalet in the hills looking down onto Grindelwald and up into the mountains. We are an American family of six (kids ages 9 to 16) and traveled in July. The host was excellent at communicating in advance, helping us find appropriate activities and restaurant recommendations, he even found a French song on YouTube for us that we heard played on our travels. ”The cottage is clean comfortable and calming, located in a pleasant resort community without the noise, traffic and tourist. A reminder of years past when vacations were simpler and happier. Lake acces was a plus.”

”This home was a perfect launching point for days filled with fun summer activities. An easy (but steep) walk downhill to town and you can take the bus back up the hill if you'd rather not hike uphill. The home was spotless and the manager was wonderfully kind and helpful. Only warning about Grindelwald is that it can be touristy during the day; but is very charming and quiet in the morning and evening. ”
