”The room was clean and nicely sized. There was a huge step to get to the bed. Almost 40cm tall. I don’t think it is safe for most of the people to stay in such room.”

”Lovely hotel and great staff. Restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. Rooms were spacious and we had a great view to mountains. I’ll stay again there for sure.”

”The location was great and the views were beautiful! It was a good size for our family of 6 and included everything we needed for a lovely stay. The host responded quickly to any questions.”

”The highlight of our visit was Verena herself who made us feel so comfortable. She was a most gracious host who personally welcomed us at the door. Her guesthouse is beautiful, meticulously cared for, and very comfortable. Her breakfasts were delicious. especially her personally-prepared bacon and eggs as well as local products. Her Swiss dinners were exquisite.”

”So amazing! This is an authentic chalet tucked in the mountains. It’s a quick drive to Lauterbrunnen or there’s a free bus. I love the little grocery market that’s across the street. Just a stone throw away. This market has famous croissants that are a regional favorite.. but don’t eat too many because the breakfast at this hotel is great. The staff was very polite. The only thing I would encourage them to do is provide coffee in the rooms. They do have teabags in the hallway and water kettles...
