YOUR ACCOMMODATION:
Built in 2006, the villa is spread over three floors (two of which are at ground level due to the slope of the land).
The terraces and entrance open onto a semi-open-concept living area (living room, dining room, and kitchen).
It has 3 bedrooms (one on the third level and two on Level 1), with bathrooms and/or toilets on each level.
It can accommodate up to 8 people in REAL beds. A small crib and a high chair are available for families with young children.
The house is fully equipped for a hassle-free stay.
The villa has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and plenty of closet space.

The air conditioning and the pool are the extra touches that make this vacation “special,” not to mention the swing set and playhouse for children.

The pool is located in the garden, 40 meters from the villa. It is shared with the two owners.
Pool dimensions: 5m x 10m.
Separate access via an electric gate.

The two French-Italian owners live nearby (40m), close to the pool. They will always be available to answer your questions, help with language barriers, and contact restaurants, museums, or other places for you!
