On the spacious communal grounds, you can enjoy your privacy, especially as the lovely communal swimming pool is just a short walk away. Serve yourself breakfast on the open terrace and make use of the brick-built barbecue for atmospheric evenings in the balmy summer air.



Go for a hike through the Poggio Neri Nature Park or follow the thermal trail to the hot springs at Terme di Sassetta. Take part in a wine tasting in the medieval village of Suvereto or cycle through the vineyards along the ‘Strada del Vino’. Soak up the sun on San Vincenzo beach and stop off at a cosy tavern in Bolgheri to sample regional specialities.



Please note: The swimming pool is 500 metres from the house and is shared with guests from three other properties. The accommodation is accessed via a 1.5 km unpaved access road.
