Paradise Beach Club 442: n omistaa ylpeä 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', joka on Premium-rannalla sijaitsevien premium-loma-asuntojen suurin omistaja!

Kuvittele itsesi kauniissa aurinkoisessa Floridassa, nauttien rannasta, valtameren äänistä ja suolasta ilmassa tältä upea 3 makuuhuoneen, kattohuoneiston, suora merenranta, N. E. nurkkayksikkö. Näkemykset ovat vertaansa vailla tästä mahtavasta yksiköstä, jolla on suuret ikkunat oleskelu- ja ruokailutila-, pää- ja vierashuoneissa, joista on upeat merinäkymät.

Yksikkö 442 on yksi koko rakennuksen vain kahdesta yksiköstä, jossa on kaunis ainutlaatuinen yksityinen ulkouima-allas, jossa on oma kylpytynnyri, nauttiaksesi jokaisesta Floridassa lomastasi. Nauti kaikki haluamasi mukavuudet paikan päällä, mukaan lukien kaksi BBQ-asemaa, kaksi aidattua koirapuistoa, bocce-pallo, shuffleboard, kuntosali, josta on näkymä uima-altaalle ja merelle, ja lämmitetty uima-allas. Rakennus sijaitsee kätevästi vain 20 minuutin päässä Melbournen kansainväliseltä lentokentältä, tunnin päässä Orlandon kansainväliseltä lentokentältä ja 15 minuuttia Cocoa Beachin eteläpuolella. You can’t beat the ocean views! This unit offers two king bedrooms, a living room, dining room and kitchen, all with a great view! The Beach was very nice, the heated pool is perfectly located at the edge of the beach, the grilling and recreation areas are easily accessible. This unit is surrounded by great restaurants, and just a short drive from the more crowded CoCoa beach and NASA tourism areas. This is a great place to bring a family.

When I first arrived on property, walking to the room, I thought this is not going to be okay. The property is old and looks it. However, I was more than surprised when I walked into the condo - that the condo itself was nicely decorated and clearly updated, and the views were amazing. Pool area very nice (could use some umbrellas though). Easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay there again. All guests were happy (I warned them to keep an open mind while walking to the condo ;-)

The unit was extremely overpriced for the condition of the unit. Furniture worn, broken and in disrepair. Hot tub was so dirty could not use for three days of a 10 day stay. They sent the pool tech 3x to clean it. Black mold in ac system and vents. Three dining room chairs are broken and could cause harm or tear clothing. There are photos of all of these issues as proof. I could go on, management was responsive but for 9k for 10 days I shouldn’t have to. The condition of this property ruined our family get away. They gave a partial refund, we are NOT asking for more, just wanted others to know before booking. THIS IS NOT A 9/10 PROPERTY

Great Stay in Satellite Beach

We had a great stay at this condo in Satellite Beach! The unit was very clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. Taylor was fantastic - super responsive and easy to work with making the whole booking process smooth. The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower. Other than that, it was a great experience, and we would consider staying again.

Fantastically Relaxing

This unit has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing beach vacation. The location is quiet with grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants just minutes away. We were also able to roll out of bed and view 2 Space-X rocket launches right from the balcony!

Beautiful beach views

We really enjoyed our week at this condo. We had a supermarket right across the street, the beach, the pool. We were able to prepare meals in the good sized kitchen and out on the grill. The only small downside was the amount of coral in the water, but with water shoes it was fine. Great spot!

The condo was so nice. We woke every morning to the view of the ocean and went to bed with view of the moon over the ocean! We had no issues, with everything down to the manager being excellent. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Eine der schönsten Wohnungen im Block mit Sicht aufs Meer von jedem Zimmer. Genial war auch die Strandausrüstung, insbesondere die Body Boards für die Kinder. Der Pool hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Sehr praktisch sind die Shops auf der anderen Strassenseite, insbesondere Publix ist sehr nützlich. Gerne wieder! Kleiner Insidertipp: Gleason Park mit Eichhörnchen und Schildkröten ganz in der Nähe

I highly recommend this property. Management & maintenance were 10 star ++++ in responding to a couple minor concerns. Everything was very clean, the beds were SO comfortable and looks just like the pictures! We enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day. The icing on the cake was watching 2 space X launches from our balcony. Just wow! You won't be disappointed if you book here.

Quiet and on the Beach

This is our second year spending two weeks at this property. The place is really well maintained by professional staff who just want to make your stay a great experience. The location cannot be beat. You are directly on the beach. Satellite Beach is a very quiet town that is perfect for recharging. And best part is you can bring your dog(s).

It was such a perfect spot for us. We had plenty or room and loved that we could just stay and cook in our rental. Our girls (1 and 5 year olds) loved the pool and the beach, I loved that we could walk right down from our room and the pool and beach were only a few steps away from each other. Quiet area!

We had a group of 5 adults staying in the unit. There was more than enough room for all of us. The beach is very quiet, very few people! We saw dolphins several times from the balcony! My only complaint would be that the unit is not very stocked in the kitchen. Other than that, we LOVED it!

The pool wasn’t working, no cold water in the kitchen, we had to fix the drawer in the fridge cause it fell out when you opened it, none of the amenities were available that were in the description due to very loud construction going on during the days. Definitely in need of updating on living room furniture and the rug. The bathrooms need towel hooks, and the bedrooms need mirrors. The views were absolutely wonderful and we did enjoy our family time together since we came from 3 different states.

Awesome Family Gathering!

This property was an absolute beauty. Nice, clean, awesome views and a great pool. Enough room for all of us! There are a few things that could be added/ a mirror in the large bedroom, light in the small bathroom and a few more cooking essentials. The view was amazing. You could stand in the balcony and see the beautiful ocean and also see the pool. Great experience for ocean life too!!

It feels like you’re on a boat — without the rocking

This property/unit is so close to the beach that it literally feels like you’re in the water. The panoramic views definitely help with this illusion and they are to die for. The decor and finishes in the living areas and bedrooms are light and airy adding to the experience. If I were to give the property managers any advice i’d say to add to the amenities by including some additional things like liquid hand soaps/spices in the kitchen, etc. also, cold water pressure was pretty low, but I think that’s a building/pipe issue rather than anything wrong with the unit itself. Otherwise, no gripes! The California king sized beds are super comfortable, internet speeds are decent, the chairs and umbrella for the beach were also nice and in decent condition. If you’re looking for an oasis within a tropical paradise, I’d definitely recommend booking this unit.

My Trip

Beautiful beach spot!

We absolutely loved staying at this property for three nights! The views are stunning from every window, and we loved having access to the private hot tub, condo pool and the beach just is just steps away! The kids had a blast! The condo was stocked with plenty of towels and beach supplies, and they had plenty of items in the kitchen to make cooking and clean up easy. We had no issues whatsoever so I cannot attest to any communication with property manager, but that’s a good thing! I would definitely recommend this unit and even come back to stay again!

Minimal pans. - Pool is great, warm, clean. - Location is good. Close to groc store, multiple restaurants (if you like casual) - Furnishings are nice. Beds are comfortable. - Provided 4 nice beach chairs and cooler.
