”Stains on sheets and comforter, tv is completely useless - no working channels or apps, bad smell in the room was covered up with a bad smelling spray, bathroom lights flicker and bunch of marks and missing paint spots all over the walls. Location is good”

”I had to take one star off, which was a shame because this place was phenomenal from the staff to the facility to the amenities – it was first class all the way, except… For the bed.
That had to be one of the worst sleeps in the most uncomfortable mattress I have had in a hotel in a very long time!
I actually wanted to get up in the middle night and go sleep in the beautiful hammock because I had a better nap in the afternoon than I did in that bed hard as a rock.

”I was in shock when I drove up the hotel's driveway! The whole hotel was in disarray, under construction. The hotel was in desperate need of repairs. The person at the main desk helped us find a new room at another hotel since Expedia thought we would take the room. Are you kidding with 2 children and no pool?! Nice try.
