”The window in my room had blinds built into the glass, but none of them worked and there were no other blinds to compensate. The first night I was there the light over the bathroom sink did not work, though it was fixed the next night and nothing was said. The coffee for the breakfast bar/lobby was absolutely the worst. I don't think it was really coffee. The second day the coffee urn put out hot slightly brown water. I didn't even try to taste it. Food items would run out and no one...

”I was traveling with a friend and my grandkids and we all enjoyed our one night stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well staffed. Beds are comfortable and hotel was quiet. We also enjoyed the breakfast with a nice variety for everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying overnight in Sault Ste. Marie MI.”

”Was in town in the off season for sure (January for a funeral). One of the reasons I booked the place was the sauna. Was unable to access the sauna due to the high snow banks. When I requested that owner clear a path, he directed me to the shovel by the garage. Disappointing.”
