Staff are generally helpful and keen but some could do with more training - especially the hostesses and reception wrt providing accurate information and being knowledgable about basic questions such as valet, charging the correct method of payment, whether there are tables reserved for hotel guests, etc. Special shoutout to Steve, nevertheless, who went above and beyond - which made up for all of the others’ hiccups. ”Such a beautiful hotel. They had music and history speakers in the parlor every night. Beds were comfy and location is wonderful ”

”Great location to all attractions in downtown area. Trolley stop is right across the street and River street is 5mins walk. The Georgia Queen sunset cruise boat landing dock is also closeby, about 10 mins walking. Very convenient for first timers. Parking is easy and no extra cost. ”

”This is a very nice B&B in a historic building. They have an easy self check in. The room is clean, spacious and quiet. But the best thing is the staff. Nicole serves a delicious breakfast and will answer any questions you have about Savannah. That is what makes staying there something special. ”
