The dining area is bright and the eat-in kitchen is fully equipped: oven, fridge, stovetop, pod coffee machine, and utensils. The spacious double bedroom can also fit an extra camp bed. Fresh linens are available on request. The modern bathroom features a shower. The apartment has air conditioning in the bedroom. Outside, a comfortable furnished terrace lets you enjoy time outdoors. Beach towels are provided for your trips to the sea.



The apartment is in a quiet yet well-connected area, close to shops, supermarkets, and public transport. Savona city center is a 10-minute walk away, so you can enjoy peace and still reach the center easily. Both the beach and city center are within a short stroll. For sports lovers, a tennis court is 15 minutes away on foot. Street parking is available.



The apartment is on the ground floor of a condo, accessed via a front staircase. It has two entrances, separate from the rest of the building. Please be discreet and respectful of neighbors; events are not allowed.
