Arriving by car, you can temporarily park on the street to unload your luggage and then park your car later, in the street in front of the building or in the nearby covered paid parking lots.

The dining area is equipped with everything you need for your stay. An induction hob, a microwave oven, fridge and freezer, kettle and Nespresso machine for a good Italian coffee.



Some pods and infusions of various essences are offered by the house.



A 4-seat table completes the kitchen. Plates, cutlery, various types of pots and pans as well as sachets of salt, oil, vinegar and sugar, find their place in the various compartments.



A comfortable sofa bed completes the intimate living area that can be transformed during the night to accommodate two additional guests.

From here you can relax, perhaps enjoying a film on the Full HD high definition SmartTV with your streaming accounts.



From here we can also access the terrace that enjoys a beautiful glimpse of the sea.

Perfect for starting the day with a good Italian coffee.



The last room is the bathroom, equipped with complete ceramic sanitary ware and a shower with which you can regenerate yourself before going to sleep.

The hot water is managed by a modern electric boiler.



The apartment also has a high-performance air conditioning, to regulate the temperature both in summer and winter.



And for when you are away from home? You are in Liguria, a region famous for its beautiful coasts and beaches, nestled in rocky coves where you can swim or take unforgettable souvenir photos.



For those who love the sun, knowing that you can cross the road and have the first beaches a stone's throw away will certainly be an added value. The proximity then, to the beautiful beaches of Bergeggi and the not too distant Varigotti is an additional incentive.



The nearby bus stop, will allow you to move easily even with public transport, having the latter 50m away.



Just 3 minutes by car then you have the Savona motorway toll booth, for further quick trips on the Ligurian territory.
