If relaxing on the beach and splashing in the waves is what you enjoy, a 100-foot boardwalk through the dune grass leads you to our association beach - there are three association beaches and an additional private beach in front of this darling home. If you need a break from the beach, there are many interesting activities to discover: kayaking, surfing, blueberry picking, downtown Sawyer (two miles), Sawyer’s beautiful art and sculpture museum, breweries, wineries, farmers’ markets, an ice cream parlor, antiquing, shopping, and many great restaurants.

You can also experience the lake from another point of view - there are multiple living areas overlooking Lake Michigan. The entire home is all about relaxation and peace of mind. Delight yourself with endless natural light coming in through floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights throughout the house.

The main floor boasts an exquisite open floor plan with a spacious open kitchen offering modern appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including an electric cooktop, a dishwasher, a garbage compactor, a large double-door fridge, built-in oven and microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. There is a lovely dining area attached to the kitchen with a large custom-made maple round table that is simply ideal for family meals and even board game nights. A comfortable living area with a sectional sofa, a TV, and a maple table can be found as well. From this space, you and your beloved family and friends have access to a terrace complete with comfortable patio furniture and a gas grill. It's an ideal location for barbecuing while savoring the stunning Lake Michigan sunsets.

On the second level, find another spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful lake views and lots of comfortable seating around the TV. Another large terrace invites you to enjoy the colorful sunsets while sitting around the gas fire table. The lower level has a nice living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and a gas fireplace. A second terrace, complete with a gas grill, patio furniture, a hot tub, a half bath, and two outdoor showers is available as well.

The hot tub is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. If you are booking the home between the months of September and May, please verify with the agent that the hot tub will be accessible.
The outdoor shower is available only in the summer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
