The property accommodates four guests in a King suite and a second suite with a Double bed, each with its own bathroom. A full kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer combo support the stay, while Caivama's shared rooftop, wellness, and family amenities extend beyond the private space.



The Space:

Altura brings the horizon into view from its penthouse terrace, where the Pacific meets Sayulita's rooftops and surrounding hillsides. The private plunge pool creates a place to cool off after the beach or spend time outside as the light changes across the landscape.



Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors connect the terrace to the open living area, bringing natural light into the kitchen, dining space, and comfortable seating area. The layout keeps the property connected to its setting while giving the group room to gather.



Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, providing privacy for couples, friends, or a small family.



Altura accommodates up to four guests:

Caivama's hillside setting offers a different perspective on Sayulita. It remains within walking distance of the beach and town while sitting above the busiest streets.



Beyond Sayulita, the Riviera Nayarit includes beaches, coastal villages, hiking trails, and seasonal whale watching.



Getting Around:

Many guests walk between Caivama, downtown Sayulita, and the beach. Caivama occupies a hillside setting, so routes around the property and town include slopes.



Street parking is available near the property. Caivama does not provide on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf-cart charging is not available within the community.

Penthouse setting and access

Altura is a penthouse within Caivama and is accessible by elevator. Caivama is a stepped hillside complex of connected buildings rather than a conventional high-rise tower. Site levels follow the elevation of the property.



Occupancy

The property accommodates no more than four registered guests.

Pets are not permitted.



Parking

Street parking is available near the property. Caivama does not provide on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf-cart charging is not available within the community.
