”We booked our place thru Exepedia. Even that the places was labeled as a hotel, it was an apartment with no person to attend. No booking instructions. We contacted thru the message they responded several minutes latter with pass instructions and they assigned us to an occupied room, finally they provided instructions to our assigned room. When we did finally enter to our assigned room to our surprise the bathroom was dirty, sink clogged and terrible dirty, shower and floor full of human hair,...

”Great location, near everything. Good connections. Great restaurants near. Friendly staff. Only one thing that was a little bit annoying was, that the walls were thin and there was a little bit of noise. You could hear the church bells ringing every morning too. ”

”Very conveniently located by the main train station in Florence. The reception is at the top floor. The entrance to this boutique hotel is nondescriptive. Look out for the door/building number. Ring the bell for the hotel staff to unlock the entrance door and walk up the stairs to check-in. Luggage can be stored on site for self-pick up, if leave early and pick up luggage later.”

”The location was inconvenient. The wall air conditioning unit was unable to generate cold air, so we used it as a fan and opened the window at night. There was no soap in the bathroom. Three lightbulbs were missing (two by the bed and one in the bathroom). This place has potential to be nice. It was clean.”

Seul petit bémol les marches de l’escalier pour accéder à l’appartement sont assez hautes Je recommande 😀😀😀”

”Had a wonderful experience at Palazzina Fusi. The rooms were spacious with a nice view of the city square. The breakfast downstairs was delicious. We tried the buffet. There are many shops, restaurants and cafés nearby so it was convenient. I would definitely come back and stay here again.”
